Great scenic hike with a ton of views to see and explore. The trail is easy and please take the second loop on the trail. You don’t want to miss the second waterfall along with a large shallow cave! You can walk inside the cave while being right behind the waterfall.

My wife and I completed this trail on a 35 degree (at most) day and for the first time on this trail, plenty of water was flowing over the falls. And, due to the cold temps, plenty of ice at the bottoms of the falls. This is one of my favorite hikes in terms of scenery, bluffs, cliffs, rock faces, and similar. Absolutely beautiful area. Overall, this is a easy to moderate trail with only a handful of sketchy areas for the really young or old. Exploring around and off the trail is what makes this trail so fascinating! See our photos here.

An easy but scenic hike. Some nice looking small creeks running along the parts of the path makes for some great nature pics.

Sunrise hike 35F leaving the Pottawattamie in board walk through the swamp also included we trail 8 open field Kame and pothole out wash field

Visited on a Monday morning and only saw two others on the trail. We basically had the whole canyon to ourselves! Very beautiful!

excellent. well marked wooded trail!

Great morning hike with the kids. Plus the playground at the end is an added bonus!

First time in Fort Harrison. First time using this app. Enjoyed both. Chipmunks and squirrels and deer, oh my!

Relatively new to hiking and now working to expose my kids who are 6 and 4 to the activity, this trail starts off with a light warm up and then gradually gets a bit more challenging (specifically for my kids). The creek bed and water was a great break as we spent a lot of time resting and having fun. Nice trail.

One of my fave hikes in the state park. Not generally very busy and a nice place to go on a hike to escape the city life for a bit.

Camping is no longer allowed on this trail. Beautiful hike!

Beautiful Indiana trail.

this was one of the best parks I have been to in a while in the midwest. It is clean and taken care of. The trails range from paved and flat to rugged, traversing the creek, up and down tougher hikes for an average person. I really enjoyed my day and was able to spend 3 hours moving through the park and viewing the awesome landscape.

Very pretty hike with some really nice views of the lake after the first big climb. Bring bug spray for the woodsy sections.

Nice trail, beautiful scenery. Unfortunately, the waterfall was dried up on our visit. There is a single disperse campsite located to the right of the entrance.

Love this trail! It’s challenging, so make sure you’re wearing appropriate footwear (waterproof hiking boots are essential). That said, our five-year-old daughter completed this trail today, and she loved it! We have hiked several state parks in Indiana, such as McCormick’s Creek, Clifty Falls, Spring Mill, Brown County, and the list goes on. But, Trail 3 at Turkey Run is my overall favorite!

I have been strolling this trail since I was very young. great place to take the family for a hike.

Totally loved these trails. My husband and I did these trails along with trail 2 which took us about 6 hrs to enjoy. Parts of these trail were a little rough. I didn't bring mine this hike, but a pair of trekking sticks or a staff would have been helpful. Areas of the trails got close to bluffs and would have just made me feel a little more secure on the trail.

Good hike. Great little place and well marked. Just make sure you take at the loop!

I stopped in for a quick run while traveling for work. It is a very easy trail - no serious climbs or technical area. I saw where others posted that signage was adequate. I kinda disagree. It wasn’t a big deal, but a couple more trail markers sure would have been nice. There are several unmarked intersections and it’s easy to get turned around. I would definitely stop by again next time I’m in town for a run. It’s a clean park and I felt safe while there.

Hot one but still great day to hike and be outside.

Great hike, even without the waterfall running and the creek beds being pretty dry. Definitely take the optional loop when you get too it. The shallow cave at the top is awesome.

My husband and I hiked Camp Creek Trail yesterday with our two dogs. We had a great time! we dont care for asphalt trails but aren't quiet ready for a "difficult" trail yet. This trail had some steeper inclines and spots that were pretty narrow with drop offs right on the other side. It deffinitly was great for giving that backcountry feel but still on a dirt path. We only past one other couple and 3 deer.

This is one of my favorite places. I've been here many times and always in aww!

Very pretty! Ran into a handful of people. Your feet will most likely get wet! Will be back

I'm an avid hiker/explorer and this place is a blast! Make sure you have atleast a full day to enjoy this magical place!

Enjoyed it

This park is very well maintained and the trails are well marked! We couldn’t record our hike because my phone battery is not stellar, but we hiked 7.6 miles with a combination of 8, 1, 5, 4, & 7. It was a super hot day and we were pleased to find that the Nature Center on the south end of the park is air conditioned with a lovely bird viewing room. We saw all of the falls but I think Tunnel Falls was the best! I liked Little Clifty Falls as well. When the map says the trail is rugged, they’re not kidding. The ruggedness is a great challenge, but be prepared to climb up and down on rock and roots quite a bit. Also, people who are afraid of heights should maybe stay on trail 2, because there are many drop-offs next to the trails up on the ridge. Overall we had a challenging, but rewarding, day in the outdoors!

beautiful park, but the trails are not marked very well
