Good parking and restroom on Los Arboles. Easy walk with a creek and wooden bridges, great scenery and in nearby Thousand Oaks.

Good hike with amazing views. Climb is worth a 360 panorama view. Lots of bikers on the trail so be aware of your surroundings.

great if you live near by and want to get a quick hr hike in.

Mostly an easy hike with a few spots where it might be considered modest due to incline. I took my time as I was trying to learn the All Trails App and stopped to take pictures, etc. I did not meet another person during the hour I was there.

Short and sweet. Couple of small jumps hidden to the left of the trail head.

I got there around 10am on a Saturday. Parking in the gated lot is $15 if you plan to be there a long time and hang out at the beach. I went to bike only, so I parked just outside the lot at a small metered parking area of about 6 stalls. It was $0.25/15 minutes. There was also plenty of free parking along PCH, but not easy to get the bike down the guardrail to the bike path. Bike path is actually the driveway shared for parking lot access. For one hr I had time enough to do the length of the path twice, assemble and disassemble front wheel, took some pictures. The path between parking lot and sand is a no bike zone. Plenty of restrooms along the way and not crowded.

This is an exposed hike with only about 1/4 mile oak covered. Not a great hike for a sunny summer day. In the summer their are some wild flowers, but most vegetation is dried up and dead looking due to lack of rain. There are no views of the ocean from the top.
There were some moronic bike riders on the trail; flying past us doing 15-20 miles an hour.
It's called the Los Padres Trail but you are following signs for the Los Robles Trail most of the time.

My favorite trial to do in the spring time where it’s lush and green. Its a nice and beautiful stroll to do with a group of friends to catch up on life and also get a quick workout in.

Fun little trail. Spring time is the best time to hike this trail, the hills are green and it's not too hot.
Saw a rattle snake right next to the trail so be careful where you step.

After a good rain, the hills are green and beautiful. I love the switchback trail uphill that offers some shade. The open space and views of the meadow are great on the other side. We had a group dog hike (www.connectingcanines.com) and everyone loved it. The end of the hike down along a narrow trial behind the houses offers some charm as well. To me, it’s a great length without being too little or too much for the average hiker.

Great to hike with your dog!

hiked it with my dog pretty nice trial for the dogs first hike

This is my local loop. Went out with my son and scaled the summit in about 45min. Pretty steep, but enjoyable. We did see a large snake (2.5 ft) at the top. Added a little skip to our step on the way down. Provides a good view of the opposing range.

Great trail! Great view for sunsets!

Hiking around here in spring is great. Awesome valleys and small creeks as well as beautiful flowers and foliage. Hawk Canyon trail is very nice.

Great easy trail to get some good views.

Beautiful view with wild flowers on one side and valley down below. No shade, so best to go on a day with cool breeze. We went in early March and it was a very easy hike.

Steep hills and nice open space. 5 stars for the incredible sunrise and sunset views.

I liked this trail so much ! It was the perfect hike for a beginner, the views were amazing, it was kind of funny at the end it ends in a housing tract! And we had to walk up a few city streets to get back to our car. My favorite hike so far !!

Good trail. Only disappointment was that the loop did not end at start point. You actually exit from Los Padres trail onto Moorpark Road by Canejo Players Theater. Easy 3.3 mile hike. Highly recommend the Vista Point Loop to the benches for the great view of Thousand Oaks.

Great easy springtime hike with excellent views. Wildflowers were plentiful in a few areas.

This is a good hike on its own, but there are also many opportunities to extend the hike if you find you have some extra energy, including a short climb up to Lizard Rock or down to Paradise Falls.

Very nice easy loop for a quick hike. Portions of the Stagecoach Bluff trail are rocky and mildly challenging, I wouldn't recommend this as a mountain bike trail for inexperienced bikers. Navigating portions may be a bit of a challenge due to the rocks. Definitely worth hiking as part of the complement of other trails in Wildwood Regional Park.

Great area to hike. Hiked from Oak Creek Canyon to the bench on Vista Loop. Great view from the bench. Long shady stretches help the climb. There's an oak woodland at the furthest west trail head on Greenmeadow. It's the trail head with marked parking spaces. Great place for a picnic after a hike. Not many hikers on the trail and it was a really good day for hiking. A serious problem is bicyclists going way too fast for conditions. There are blind curves and they come around the curves way too fast and out of control. Still rate this a 5 but I would be wary of taking small children on the climbing portions of the trail because of the bikes. There is a closed section of trail marked as accessible on AllTrails between the Los Robles and Vista Loop trails. It's a very steep section and its being seriously eroded.
