Such a fun hike! It’s quite icy in November but very fun!

Love this hike. It's a short, out and back trail that that is good for almost all skill levels. My friends and I do this hike almost 3 times a year just because it's so fun!

It's fun to climb around on the rocks at the end or even keep trekking off the path past the waterfall.

I loved this easy Fall season hike with my kids and friends with kids. I was very stressed when I got to the falls and my girls were near the edge. I’m not afraid of heights unless my kids are around. Every bit of the hike was beautiful and I’ll definitely do it again! Take the trail to the left to head down below the falls.

Nice ridge line trail, moderate ranking is accurate. Get some nice views of the blues. The hike itself isn’t anything to write home about. I say that because it’s a very difficult trail to get to. The service road that you have to traverse to get to the trail head is very rocky and uneven. Lots of time spent in 4-lo hoping my undercarriage didn’t get ripped out. Would not recommend driving here unless you’re in a truck or suv.

Great trail in a beautiful area. Enjoyed the Panjab creek. First time hiking in the Blue Mountains. We're going to have to come back.

Beautiful views of the gorge! Great food in Hood River after!

I did this Hike today, very beautiful hike. The trail head is easy to get to. The trail head and trail are well maintained. You get a perfect view of Mt. Hood when you reach the summit.

very hard to find and follow the trail

Pretty hike. You will loop around, and up through grassy hills and then to coyote wall. Would be pretty in the spring with all the wildflowers.

Great hike, would definitely go again!

Beautiful view, but hot! I would call it difficult, rather than moderate. It is straight up hill, with no shade, and the gravelly path made it easy to slip. We never found the waterfall.

Loved the trail, and was okay with the overgrowth for the most part - not a good trail for anyone who wants a flat/easy walk. Saw two snakes and left with two ticks. The road up damaged the undercarriage of my Nissan Altima- the scraping popped things loose. Expect an unmaintained trail next to a pretty river.

Gorgeous views of the gorge and Mt. Hood. Not too strenuous a hike at all. Wear sunscreen and probably some sort of tick spray!

Gorgeous sights and epic heights. Honestly, one of my favorites.

fun, quick and easy hike.

The trail is hard to follow due to overgrowth of brush & fallen trees. We turned around once we lost the trail.

Hot hike, flowers are great and geology is amazing out here.

nice hike with kids. mostly follows the creek which keeps the temperature cool. get a decent climb with a view at the end.

Great find! Stopped here on my drive from Seattle to Spokane. Little bit of a detour by about 20 minutes off I90 on mostly primitive roads. It was a hot day, in the high 80s but the trail has lots of shade and is remarkably cool. Lots of little turn offs on the trail to sit by the creek, just head straight ahead for the falls. I took a left at the fork towards a rocky incline- was a really fun trail with varying terrains- not good for anyone with physical limitations. Trail at one point is overgrown with plants, but very doable. Spills out to the top of the falls, gets very muddy right before. Trail goes up and around the box canyon where the falls is at to get to the other side. Wear good shoes, I wore Tevas and was slipping a bit on my way to the other side. Beautiful oasis, perfect way to stretch legs!

The hike was beautiful!! I think we took the wrong trail??!! It was kid friendly at first but some of the trail had steep slopes with rock and dirt which required us to slide down on our butts then climb over a steep area that if we slipped would take us down a rock slope and into the water!! I can say its off my list since I made it ;) but dont think ill be doing that again!

The hike it’s self was moderately challenging. Incline wasn’t too bad, trail could use some maintenance in a few spots to fight back the over growth. Nice views at the peak. Bring lots of water, turns out it’s very hot in the summer.

Cheers.

Did this October 2017. Exposed. Great views of Columbia River. Extreme wind. More mountain bikers than hikers, except at top of ridge where it is extremely steep. Had to descend quickly due to storm, but it did bring a rainbow in addition to cold rain.

Did this on Mother’s Day. Great hike, beautiful views. Not great for our big dog—hike has no shade and rocks were too hot for his paws. Take care with dogs.

Worth the view, many different paths to choose from. Wasn’t too busy on a Sunday.

Gorgeous views from the top

We saw a coyote on another trail. The last mile is pretty uphill. Exposed - wear sunscreen. We made homemade tick repellent and were totally fine. No rattlesnakes but incredibly windy.

Hiked yesterday! Great hike and some awesome views. Third time here and it never gets old. Have a nice YouTube video of the second hike and another one coming within the next few days

Pretty easy hike over all. It’s shaded and great for a hot day. My only complaint is that there are lots of forks in the trail and it’s hard to know which to take because some lead to a harder path and some easier. Make sure to check for ticks after! We had one hitch a ride on on of the kids!

I hike this trail often since I live in the area. It's a really great, short hike and could easily be done with kids. I used to hike with my cat up there and he did it easily. I always find some muddy places on the trail, but nothing crazy! I definitely recommend it.

Worth it, but it is hard. I’m a mediocre hiker, getting in shape, and building cardio, I was able to complete the loop. You’ll be walking uphill mostly, but the view is worth all the work. Did see a rattlesnake cross the trail, so be aware when walking around.
