A great local walk/hike. Recommended if you live close. Nicely kept trails and really nice surroundings. But a little too short in distance.

Beautiful place , easy for beginners !

Was referred by my friend and colleague in my work place. Awesome hiking trail. water falls and river flowing side to the trail. Beautiful view of the lake surrounded by mountains. Hike with my daughter and and wife's family with a 2year old kid. It was fun.

When we arrived just before 9 am, we counted 6 vehicles (all of which had been parked overnight on the road or in the main parking lot) that had one or more smashed windows. Some cars appeared to have had their hoods popped and batteries stolen.
The trail to Lindeman and Greendrop Lakes is well-maintained and well-frequented. Definitely worth a day visit for a hike and a swim.

low elevation easy trail. but a great summer trail with the river to cool off in.
the falls have a pool below it if you feel courageous enough to jump in.

very easy for a short jog!

A big shout out to whoever marked the trail and put in the bridges, tent pads etc. Just awesome!
This hike is beautiful and made for an amazing day !

Love this trail. Its a good for young and old. Beautiful scenery too. Bring some wild bird seed and hold out your hand and watch the chickadees eat from your hand.

actually quite impressed!

Challenging short hike with uneven terrain and a bit of scurrying up rocks. Definitely gets the heart pumping.

Once you hit the campground keep walking to find a quieter, more private flat rock to sunbathe and swim... more accurately jump in, shriek at the cold and climb out immediately :) Water is beautiful and clear in addition to being wicked cold. Overall a good day trip.

Great workout, enjoyed the steep portions and was able to run down most of the trail coming back. Didn’t go up to the summit, need good part of a day to do that, hope to go all the way soon.

We did this trail early in the morning and it was still busy. It was a nice walk although there were lots of puddles and the trail was narrow through a few stretches. When we got at the falls it was super busy. No way you could take a picture without having strangers in the background. lol
I would do this again in a few years maybe.

easy run except for the two hills at the beginning.

my favorite 10km run

It was perfect short hike for a very hot day. Most of the way is shaded. Lake colour a stunning deep emerald green on a cloudless sunny day.
Pacific trilliums starting to bloom around the lake. Rocks and roots (R & R) kind of trail all the way. Very enjoyable afternoon.

The trail is 11km. I walked with my stroller my two year old and my 2 month old. there were some areas of slightly deeper gravel that was a bit harder to push through but completely doable. My two year old walked about half of the trail and sat in the stroller the rest. It was a beautiful trail. about 75% was in shade.

Great Hike for kids.

I am so glad that I have found this easy approach wonderful trail to hiking. Also the very short trail is covered by tree shadows all the way to the lake which makes summer day hiking do not have to go early morning. Very good place and I will be coming here soon again for sure.

Great workout. Not overly long to get to lindeman lake. Stunning view.

The trail is a bit confusing in some spots, lots of elevation but the outcome is a awesome!

If your looking for something really easy this ones for you!

It’s nice cause it’s really shady, and right beside the bustling river

The Fall is a bit small but a waterfall none the less

I went it early July and it was still really muddy

Keep your dogs on leash at the top of the falls, mine went to the top and she slipped and slid all the way down... luckily she didn’t get hurt

If your looking for a nice easy hike this ones for you

But if your looking for something more challenging you will want to look at other trials in the area

Decent day hike. Lake was crowded, as it was a Saturday but very pretty.
Trail is very rooty and rocky making it hard to enjoy any views... if there were any. There are a few peakaboo spots of the creek which were lovely, but no vistas or waterfalls.
Habitat has virtually no diversity and some areas appear to have been clear cut within the last 10 years.
Due to boulder field beyond the first lake we didn’t continue as we had our dogs along.
Probably won’t bother with this hike again but it was a good workout.

I loved the diversity of scenery along this trail. The lakes, slides, boulders and forest are all stunning and the tent pads at both lakes are well thought out. I’ll be sure to get my backcountry camping permit online in advance next time since you can’t register and pay at the trailhead and there’s no cell service for 30ish km’s.

Let’s be honest, this is a nature walk, not a hike but the waterfall reward makes it worth checking out for the veteran hikers. Parking was hard to come by on this holiday Monday and the trail was quite busy. There were loads of people in flip flops and although the trail was very muddy, they did just fine. The falls themselves are pretty but way too many people for my liking to visit on a weekend. I’ll stick to the more challenging hikes to thin out the herd.

Absolutely gorgeous and easy going for the whole family. There are a few great bridges with magnificent views. Not too much foot traffic.

It was a nice and easy trail

Nice river access for dogs. A little muddy. Easily accessible. Can be crowded on a weekend.

Great workout not terribly bad for bugs, give that a few weeks! Didn’t quite make it to the top. Snow about last km an steep so turned around. The views on a clear day are fabulous. Crampons suggested at the end, but maybe not in a few weeks. I recall it easier to navigate without the snow :)
