Love this trail! It is well maintained and easy to follow.

It was an amazing experience to be there and see such a beautiful place! It was a lot of fun to do the hike, it wasn’t too hard!!

We hiked it during a rainstorm, which made it a bit more difficult to maneuver, but we started early and there were less than 10 people at the bridge when we arrived. No wait for pictures, and the fog and mist in the background made the view even more spectacular!

Great hike not too hard, waited to take pics but worth it!!!

Beautiful and easy walk. LONG wait to get on the bridge. Over 45 minutes so we didn’t get on it. But the views are spectacular from the top. It is crowded, however.

Great hike! But many traffic near the bridge. An hour wait to take pictures on the bridge, but worth the wait!

Casual, heavily-trafficked trail that gets more strenuous as the trail gets steeper and narrower. There's a line at the top for the photo op if you enjoy people watching.

First time doing this trail yesterday, and loved it. Definitely challenging and an excellent workout, the views from the top don't disappoint.

Absolutely gorgeous, moderate difficulty with lots of people. The sights are breathtaking.

The top was worth every hard step I took. I’ve heard of the staying to the left but knowing me I ended up in the rock climbing trail that was very difficult but lead me to the top. A beautiful trail with great views. Take lots of water at least 3 liters and snacks. Have fun!

Great views throughout the entire trail. Some sections are quite steep but manageable. Feels longer than posted distance.

A nice hike. It took about 2 hours to go round trip. Narrow path and fairly busy today but everyone was courteous and shared the path. I'm relatively new to hiking and I wasn't sure what a moderate rating would entail. It was good altho you need good footing and you need to pay attention to rocks and uneven ground. All ages were on the path.

Very intense long hike. The views are worth it in the end though. Just take it easy and break as much as you need. We hiked this when it was colder so I didn't drink as much water but I can imagine you would need to bring a lot more if you tried this during the summer months.

Hiked with a couple of friends. Challenging but very rewarding. Left before 8 am and was able to stay in the shadow of the mountain until the very top. Still drank lots of water as it was still a hot day. Got off trail a few times as the white dots and blue dots were not always distinguishable from natural white rocks. Legs got a good workout.

My so much of a hike as it is a rock climb! It's a scramble up rocks for about half of it. The view was amazing the whole way up, though. Getting to the top was insanely rewarding.
My boyfriend and I are collegiate athletes, swimmer and cross country, and we were able to finish the whole hike in about 3.5 hours. Bring lots of water and snacks.

This hike was grueling almost to the point where it wasn’t enjoyable, and I was thoroughly exhausted by the end of it. However it is open enough that you can keep on trucking for the most part, and the view is well worth it.

This was a great all day hike, it turned out to be 8 miles total from where we were parked and back. Lots of hard work but the views were well worth it! Our group did not bring gloves but there were many who did, totally a personal preference. It was fine without them. Enjoy!

This trail was great. It wasn’t easy, I’d say more moderate ! A lot of stair like steps to get to the top. Some people seemed to struggle in those areas. Once our group got to the top it was beautiful. We waited in line to get a picture perfect photo. Definitely going again and taking my dog!!!

Didn’t get to finish it, but will definitely go back!

Didn't like walking along a dirt road that the Jeep's and other off road vehicles also used. It was about a third of the hike. Had to stop and let them pass often. Crowds on a Monday! Had to wait in line (yes you read that right) to get pic on top of Devil's bridge. Beautiful but not a fan of all the people. Kinda knew that going in, didn't think it would be quite that much though. Still a must do if you're in Sedona.

Pretty easy hike . The last .5 miles were pretty steep rocky climb . The bridge was pretty amazing. The surrounding mountains ⛰ were spectacular

We hiked up to the very top past the tunnel. Good fun.

Omg what a perfect morning. Prescott was buried in fog, but Spruce Mtn was bright and clear. Got started at 5:30 am, 37F and brilliant starlight at the trailhead. Had a couple of false starts following blue tree blazes in the darkness. Once I caught the trail had no more issues. Pretty sunrise at the watch tower. Loved it.

Started hike while the mountain was shrouded in clouds and mist. When we reached the basin, it was slick, yet doable at a cautious pace. Some small streams of water cascading off the cliffs. Very dramatic and beautiful scenery the entire climb. I brought my 11 year old son, and had to assist him quite a bit the last 1/2 mile as some of the boulders and rock climbing benefited a taller stature. We packed a hardy lunch, which we enjoyed every morsel as we took in what I consider probably the best view of the valley I have ever seen. Albeit we had decent hiking shoes, I would recommend wearing some with thicker souls. Descending we began to feel the jagged edges of rocks almost every step. Ouch! Overall, very satisfying hike. Went through almost 4 liters of water.

Great hike! The dots are helpful and staying to the very left at the last little climb to the top is very helpful.

Absolutely loved this hike! It is pretty challenging but the trail is fairly easy to follow, just make sure to follow the white dots and when in doubt stay to the left. I also read a review that to the left of the wall at the end there is an easier route to get up to the top which was super helpful. This hike took us about 4.5 hours with spending 30 minutes at the top. Beautiful views from the top!

We did this as a family hikes with 5 adults and three kids (3-7 year olds) The older kids walked all the way to the top of the cave and bottom! Wild squirrels were a joy to see and the winding trail and large climbing rocks was an excitement for us! Definitely a must and favorite!

I also agree that this hike is not hard!! It was wonderful and enjoyable for my family and my dogs! I suggest wear shoes with grip and follow the dots!
