Amazing Hike Loved it!!!

Awesome and so worth the walk up. It is paved, but some areas do have an incline. Our Portuguese water dog did great and we would do it again! Falls are beautiful and so much bigger than we thought!

I found this trail to be easy going down and hiking along the paths at the bottoms of the canyon. Coming up provided a first class workout as you climb up 600 stairs. But the beautiful views, the scenic river, the gorgeous waterfalls made it all worthwhile. The sights and sounds were amazing and beyond what I was hoping to find there. Loved it and will be taking friends back to visit this trail again.

The Little Grand Canyon nevera disappoints!

Always a nice hike. Beautiful falls very easy to visit.

I take the dogs here a lot and we hike/walk the road. Havent been past the concrete bridge by the small falls, but it's a lovely walk. Very pretty and easy. We usually park in the lot by the main falls and swimming area. I haven't come across an actual trail, just the road and a few defunct service roads. Bring water, trail snacks, and definitely a camera. The wildlife is spectacular.

Really nice trail. Fun elements of creeks and views and Vogel is really pretty. The climbs are serious but not unbearable. I took my boys aged 9 and 11 backpacking in the counterclockwise direction. Good reviews containing good details elsewhere here. This all trails gps trail location is off and wonky near Bear Hair trail. Not terrible but a wee bit disconcerting.

Great trail! Low traffic, friendly hikers and bikers. Very dog-friendly. I only wish the trail was marked better - we did a little unintended off-roading. Great stick selection.

Nice hike for a group outing, but it was a long muddy drive for a pretty short hike.

Anyone in reasonable shape can and should do this trail. Absolutely beautiful, varied woodlands, waterfalls, and gradual ascents and descents.

love it

Lovely day hike with an amazing waterfall at the end as a reward❣️

The climb was well worth it! Great for kids as well.

2/27/18: It was not as impressive as Big Cedar Mountain but still fun.

Stunning views! Couldn’t believe this was Georgia!

Pretty dope trail. Super easy. Amazing view!

Loved this hike! I took my German Shepherd and it was a great mix of hills and flat area!

Beautiful trail with great views! Added part of the Bear Hair Gap Trail to get up to the overlook to see Brasstown Bald. We did the trail clockwise which I recommend. That way we had the two big peaks to accomplish first, not at the end of our trip.

This is a great short little hike for a family with small children. It is nice to hike up the creek through a beautiful forest. Spring would be the best time to hike when there is plenty of water cascading over the waterfall. The coming from the north is not too bad, however the road coming from the south via Bull Mountain Parking lot needs to be done with four wheel drive vehicles only.

Thanks to this app we found another trail that lead us up to one of my favorite things to explore a Fire Tower. We drove up the narrow well maintained gravel road to the trailhead gate and hiked up the wide gravel road to the top. We experienced a great butt and lung burning workout in a beautiful 55* weather sunny day. Was pleasantly surprised that you could actually go to the top of this tower and even explore inside the upper room, for most of the towers we have explored stop you just underneath those rooms. Great views at the top of Lake Burton and the many mountains that we have explored and have yet to. After enjoying the tower view, we hiked down to start on the other gated old road bed path a little over a mile and checked out a beautiful waterfall that flows down and over the path. Glassy Mtn trails gave us around 5 miles of hiking.

Beautiful trail along the river, culminating at a wonder falls. Not many obstacles to maneuver. Nice hike!

This trail was so pretty! There are several waterfalls to see. The trail is well maintained and marked. We did end up going to the top of the Pinnacle Knob trail, probably an extra mile there and another mile down, which was COMPLETELY worth the struggle to the top.

The weather finally cleared today so it was time to hit the trail. Couldn’t ask for a better day!! There were several hikers out and about today but not what you would call crowded. I met two 2017 AT thru-hikers on the way in. Since all the rain has been plentiful over the past forever it seems, the falls were really pretty today!!
After I left the falls, I continued on up the AT for about a quarter mile to an old road bed and then back out to Three Forks! Great hike. Can’t wait to be out there more now that spring is just around the corner!!! Happy hiking everyone!!!
