Excellent trail. Well marked with some nice views along the way. Might be better suited as an Easy than Moderate, but a really enjoyable walk and hike. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

It is an easy hike to a water view. That is a dead end. You have to go back and go down one of the other trails. Pretty ferns throughout the forest. Trails are pretty well marked but we did get a little lost.

Gorgeous, well marked

Perfect for what we needed - an easy hike with pretty foliage.

Not too challenging, but uphill for the first half mile or so. Trails are very well marked. Maps along the way. Some traffic.

Not technical mostly flats some ups and some downs. Only come here if your looking for an easy relaxing ride. Not fun for what I was looking for

The trails are ok, but very poorly marked, particularly the one with the red blaze. Decent option if you are looking for something close to the city.

Starting from my home at the Dover side of Pine Street you've got 10 min to bike to the top of Snow Hill then another 10 min to get to the top of Cedar Hill (Rocky Woods) then another 10 min to get to the top of Noanet Peak. I got the first two, have to rethink my way up Noanet. I will add Pegan Hill next and give myself another 10 min to do Quatre Femmes! I'd add Miller Hill but somebody built a mansion up there.

Nice wide and well marked trails. The woods were nice but the view at the peak was nothing special. It was a nice afternoon walk in the woods!

The northern half of the trail is overgrown and very buggy. I really liked the rest of the trail, so if you’re out during the summer, prepare by wearing pants and bug spray.

Well kept trails, great variety of terrain, dotted with ponds. Be sure to take a map! So many trails, you can make it a different hike every time.

A great day for a hike in the woods. We did 5.5 mile hike and enjoyed the different trails. Some of the rocky inclines were tough to navigate but a fun day for sure!

A nice walk on good long trails. Has decent views of Boston on a rock plateau which I cool, and a cute little waterfall. Not strenuous, and nice that dogs can be off leash. Parking can be a little painful if busy.

New PB today!!! Charlie is scared, won't race me up. I told him we can do it side-by-side, full contact. These elite college rowers, just can't run anymore...

Start at the gate, sprint up to the fire tower, touch the fire tower fence, sprint back down to the gate. See if you can beat my new PB of 10:49. Catch me if you can!

Lots of fun to hike! Great view from top of Noanet Peak. Be sure to bring bug spray though.

Start at the gate, sprint up to the fire tower, touch the fire tower fence, sprint back down to the gate. See if you can beat my time (11:22). My goal is sub 10min., not sure I can get there, we shall see.

Very easy and nice hike through perfectly groomed trails that are well posted throughout. Great hike anytime.

Nice day for a trail run. This is a nice cut-thru option over to the Channing area and Miller Hill area. Still lots of downed branches and trees so be careful.

I keep my honeybees on the farm here and took a jog around to check on them and see what forage, if any, might be available now that my friendly farmer has left me. Found lots of cherry blossoms blooming which is great as I think the bees will love these. The trees are in wet areas too so the nectar should be flowing. Say hi to my bees if you're over that way!

Another great trail run thru here on a really nice spring day (yea, May Day!). Parked way down on the promontory overlooking the Great Charles River! Sweet!

Started at the Powissett entrance and walked on a few of the marked and unmarked trails. Definitely coming back - trails well maintained, dog friendly, very nice area. Parking is a little tight in that lot.

Loved this hike! Lots of well marked trails with scenic views. The peak view was pretty awesome, especially for such a low altitude, and included the Boston Skyline. There was even a decorated Christmas tree at the top. Sweet surprise.

Great ponds, so pretty and interesting terrain. Doggie heaven. Blue trail is my fav, adding yellow trail for a hike to
The peak.
Take a map, it's easy to get confused with all the trails. Fairly well traveled so no worries

A real treat! Started south on the Bay Circuit Trail then took in the Charles River at the horseshoe. Crossed Main Street next and visited with all those restful souls in the historic Medfield State Hospital Cemetery. Continued north to the Bill Martin Field but no airplanes were being flown today. Returned via the colonial era hay fields that surround the area. Very nice area!

Great property. Went from Caryl Park all the way down to what I call Perkins Cove (first mill pond, site of colonial era wood mill). This is an awesome pond that was full to grade in a driving rain this day (still soothed my soul!). Such a nice spot, one of my favorites in all of Dover (have a seat, relax)! A beautiful erratic on the main trail near Caryl, check it out. Enjoy!

Nice property. Lot's of mountain bikers but trail runners and rock climbers too. I headed north from the Adams Street parking lot up to the beaver brook. The beaver house was really cool and very close to the trail. I continued up to the College Rock climbing area where a bunch of folks were top roping. Lots of erratics, impressive ones too. Trail is plenty rocky but I love that. This is an impressive property! Enjoy

This is a really nice property. I was looking for a way to extend the distance, looking for 3 miles or so. The double loop got me more distance leveraging the Boston College property. Overall it's just a smaller property but quite nice especially since you have access to the Charles River.

very nice, definently a worthwhile hike, state forest. nice, well marked
