This waterfall is truly one of a kind! So amazing. Hike in the winter is a bit sloppy and area around the falls is icy.

One of my favorite trails. Short and not very challenging but great views. Well trafficked area so expect to have company. Great for a all ranges of skill.

Nice walk. Stroll or speed walk for exercise.

some of the nicest trails I've ever been on in the area!!!

Great hike. Awesome views. Easy to follow. Trail markers every few hundred feet.

My dog loves it

Nice trail along the creek walking upstream towards the falls. Beautiful trail can be rough to walk during the winter. Very nice park to enjoy an afternoon.

Great hike, beautiful area. This is an easier hike with not a lot of elevation. Would do again. .

Easy, heavily trafficked trail (most likely see an abundance of kids and dogs). The flame is really interesting to see, much more enjoyable when there aren’t other people to get in the way of some cool pictures. Other than that it feels just like a walk in a park.

Very nice, easy trail that loops around the pond. Only took one star off for trash scattered along trail =)

Amazing place away from the noise and traffic. A peaceful quiet location with a large array of wildlife.

no trail markings, trail is rather difficult to follow, however it was fun and challenging. Went down to the creek about a half of a mile down the trail then followed the water a ways. Climbed back up the embankment and followed the top trail back. I did not see the rope near the falls, but we did not investigate too hard.

An easy hike. Lots of people were there the day I did it. Old, young, dogs, etc. A little bit of climbing was involved, and plan on getting a little wet after a good rainfall.

This is my second time on this trail, and I enjoyed it even more than the first time. My concern originally was that I prefer narrow trails but that was when I was hiking alone. I went with a group this time and the wide trails were great. The whole park is very, very well maintained and that scenery is very enjoyable. It was pretty muddy in parts bu nothing you couldn't go around (mostly) or just get a little mud on the boots. This is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to hike - multiple trail options and plenty of nature. Just did a 5+ mile loop around the outside.

I saw water

Unexpected natural beauty! Never heard of this before! Great creek bed hike. Above ravine, I felt like I was in an Oregon forest! Beautiful!

The trail isn't marked, the recorded trail is wrong, don't go by it. You will get as lost as I did. Garbage and broken glass is everywhere. At the beginning of the trail stay to the left and follow the trail, it will lead you to a rope that will take you to the river bed, you could then walk back up river to the fall. Someone built a dam at the bottom of the fall so you could swim :)

Great hike and challenging but fun. I don't know who recorded the original trail but there wasn't a trail to be seen. We hiked the gorge mostly both ways. I used a rope to climb up the side of the waterfall... to find it was tied to a rotting stump after I made it up. Might not do that again. There was a lot of garbage around including glass. If this is the kind of hike you like I would recommend Conklin Gully instead.

Gorgeous views but definitely not for the mild hikers or anyone scared of heights. Also not a good hike for anyone under 16 or animals. Other then that it had spectacular views, would love to see it in the fall.

Nice trail. Marked well.

Really not much to look at, except for a short hike area, and it's all fenced off anyway. Disappointed but checked off my list

Whoa! Nice nice trail. A hidden gem!

bring bug spray

Very beautiful short hike. Beware of slippery rocks, muddy trail beds, and unearthed tree roots along the trail. Some areas of the trail are difficult to navigate due to these issues or downed trees. Keep on the trail and follow the small signs with flames on them. Seeing the flame and relaxing in the canyon at the end is well worth the trek!

Definitely more difficult than preempted. Went after a rain storm and there was a lot of moving rocks and logs to get to the destination. But really beautiful and fun, nonetheless.
