Trails looked like they haven't been maintained in years and half of the trails were blocked due to blowdowns. Pretty bummed. Also no trail map to be found.

Fairly easy trail hike even with a family of little kids, once you get to the ocean it is great to be isolated from the crowds

Very peaceful. Hiked over 6 miles by starting at the Head of Tide Park. Most of the trail was well marked but there were a few places that the trail was hard to follow. Bugs were minimal here

one of my new favorite spots!

Don't forget the bug spray!

very easy and very short hike. Decent view at the "top".

Vary peaceful

We loved the marsh, Mountain View of the marsh meeting the ocean and the quiet beach at the end. There was a hatching of mosquitoes right before we came, but the man at the entrance post was prepared with repellent to share. It mostly kept them off us, but they started flying into our car as soon as we opened the doors. They were a small inconvenience for all the beauty we were able to enjoy. There are no bathrooms so find a stop to go before getting there because we had to go back. Overall, we enjoyed the hike.

Wonderful little introduction to hiking for kiddos. All levels can do this. We bring a blanket and picnic and spend the day on the beach. Our daughter loves this!

Waterfront views are awesome if you like walking along the rocks on the shore.

fun and easy hike! always full of people with their kids.

Easy trail...many moms with strollers. The reward of the beach at the end makes it well worth it. The summit view is pretty, but not the most awesome "wow" view for a summit. Overall, well worth the hike.

Beautiful view! I would say this is quite a hike through the woods. Saw a bunch of wildlife on the way. Will sure be back soon!

clean, well maintained trails. dog friendly.

Great trail. Get a little of everything. Only drawback, no high vistas really. We saw three bald eagles at the pond when we were there yesterday. We went counter clockwise and I agree with Colby, my mileage tracker said 6.1 miles total.

Will definitely go back to run this loop.

Lovely trail along the rushing river

Bradbury Mountain is perfect for families with young children. The .2 mile summit trail is the most direct way to the top, so it is fairly steep in places. However it was still very manageable for my 7 year-old son.

There are a beautiful network of trails throughout the park and they are all well marked. If you’re lucky, you may cross paths with a whitetail deer.

Very clear and well marked trail. Only a small amount of elevation and up/downhill sections. Trailhead is easy to find. The loop portion might only be 4.3 miles, but the total distance is definitely closer to 6.

Maybe 5 mins from getting off Freeport exit (same road as Transfer station). Limited parking (on the side of the road), but wasn't packed for a Saturday around 3pm. Trails are well groomed and marked. Saw 2 other dogs while hiking (all off leash). There's a few little trails to follow - We went up the summit trail and looped around (about 1.3 miles). At the top of the summit trail there's a bench and map to show what mountains your looking at. Across the street there's some more trails. Sign posted at the very beginning warning to wear orange hunters may be in area. We followed the big loop trail to the back side of the ball park and then turned around. Saw 2 other dogs (off leash). Our total round trip (both sides) was 2.25 Miles!

Trails were clearly marked (easy to follow), would say a very beginner friendly trail. $4/adult to enter park (pay at the gate). Dog friendly (must be on a leash), heavily trafficked. We went in mid April and there was still some spots that had snow, other parts were very wet! We stayed to the trails on the parking lot side (there are bathrooms), there's more trails across the street by the campground.

Beautiful summit view of the ocean and the beach is an absolute gem. The “trail” is just a road fluctuating between dirt & pavement. The terrain is easy, the incline is a good workout, especially since it’s out & back so you have to climb the mountain twice. I’ll be back

Fun bridge, wide clear trails. Confusing circular path around a ledge with little to no view. No leaves on trees & still not much view. Disappointing.

Took northern loop trail to the top of the mountain. Great views. A hawk watcher was there and we saw a bald eagle

Great views for such a short hike.

Love the Northern Loop & Boundary trails. Varied forests & beautiful trails.

Feel a bit mixed about this spot but overall the stars are for the actual trails - maintenance, scenery and diversity (some rocky spots and other fun, fast stretches great for woods running).

It is adjacent to the local landfill but the only ‘challenge’ this poses is one’s personal issue with its proximity. I didn’t notice until I heard the thousand gulls and crows as I ran over a knoll.
Otherwise you’d never know it. I do wonder how this effects the bodies of water that surround this area. It must. Something to keep in mind before letting your dog take a drink here!

Most notably....there are many, many trail intersects that are not marked and it is NOT straight forward as to which is which and who goes where. Others are very well indicated. So go and enjoy, but pay attention.

There are many nice little ID tags for the local flora along the routes ~ lovely that they did this.

And lastly...while I recommend this nice little network of Trails (great for fast, technical runs or just some meditative, Nature appreciation) and so loved visiting with my own pup, please please please Dog Parents...pick up after your pets! It was so sad to see the many ‘piles’ left behind by irresponsible people, even ON the trails:(
