Love it! Parking can be a bit of a hassle for busy days but a wonderful area!

I love this path! It’s my go to when I want to walk outside. There can be a lot of people but the ocean views make it worth it.

Great hike! Take water if a hot day, and maybe call an uber driver to take you back to start.

Really easy 3-mile loop with several spots for shore access. I enjoy taking a book out on the rocks and enjoying the summer breeze. Great for birding.

I've hiked this trail several times but never hiked the entire length of the trail. It is incredibly scenic esp at the point at Ocean Avenue where all the mansions are.

This trail is one of my favorite destination in Rhode Island. The ocean shore view from this trail is absolutely breathtaking esp on the eastern side of ocean view loop trail. The various observation platform is great as well but I like just to get down to the beach and walk along the rocky beach as well.

Great hike! We started south and ended north. Not many fellow hikers at the start but by the end (closer to the north entrance) it got more crowded.

love it. third time here.

One of my favorite destination whenever I am in the city. The Longfellow bridge has been renovated now so it's a nice scenic river walk. I enjoyed the Charles River Esplanade area the most and there is a nice children's playground that kids will enjoy. I also enjoy watching all the sail boats on the Charles River and all the busy tour duck boats.

The sunset from here is absolutely spectacular as I've seen it many times. The Storrow Drive side is definitely the more scenic side but the Memorial Drive side is pretty good as well. In the evening, you will generally find plenty of photographers doing long exposure photography of Boston's skyline.

Beautiful bike ride right by the water. Just recently repaved. My favorite summer activity!

Trail is not one to get going fast. There are dozens of road crossings with stop signs for the trail traffic. Also, many of the walkers will walk strollers 2 abreast with no concern for approaching traffic. Even bikers will take up the whole trail and not clear until you call, "on your left. "

Favorite place to walk!!! The views are amazing!!!! I go a few times a week. Really enjoy it, and relaxing.

Warblers and sea birds so come early and bring your binoculars! Also excellent place for those who like to watch butterflies. Gorgeous sea views top it off.

This is a good Family Trail due to its length and the fact that it is heavily trafficked. The best parking I found was at the trail head in Slater’s Memorial Park, near the baseball field. Nice partial views of the river along the way and only one road crossing. Bonus: Slater Memorial Park, which has an amazing playground, paddle boats to rent, Looff Carousel and much more!

Beautiful views and well kept trails with access to the ocean and benches along the way if to take in the view.

Please wear long pants, hiking boots, long sleeves, and a hat to protect from ticks; dressed appropriately and two buggers still tried to use me as a food source.

Beautiful walk on a Tuesday morning! Did the traditional route starting at Easton’s Beach and only passed about 15 people on the entire cliff walk (and all were going in the opposite direction). I would definitely say this is on the very easy end of moderate- they only remotely difficult part is that last 1/2 mike or so where you do have to scramble on some rocks, but it’s nothing too crazy and as long as you are paying attention to what you are doing it’s pretty easy. The sign at the beginning of the walk says it will take 2.5 hours for just the 3.5 miles one way of the walk, but I did the cliff walk and the entire walk back up Bellevue to my car in 2.5 hours (about 7 miles) with plenty of stops. Highly recommended if you want some fresh air and amazing views!

Do it every time I’m there. Different seasons are a must. If you want to do most strenuous and have less people do it “backwards”. Start at Reject’s beach. You can work hard at the beginning then relax and look at mansions at the end.

Easy, pleasant, paved trail runs along the Ten Mile River from Rumford in East Providence through and beyond Slater Park in Pawtucket. It's well traveled but I didn't find it crowded in any sense. It is easily wheelchair accessible. It provides for a nice escape to nature in what would otherwise be considered a fairly urban area.

What a beautiful place this is! Nicely maintained trails with amazing ocean views (there are views all around directly from the trail as well as several observation platforms). SO MANY birds! I'm not a bird watcher, but I saw birds here I've never seen elsewhere in the state. The only drawbacks I can mention are that it was fairly busy, LOTS of poison ivy (so stay on the trail), and others have mentioned ticks (though I didn't encounter any). This was my first walk through a Wildlife Refuge; I think I'll now seek them out!
