This "trail" was not really a trail. No signage, no markers.
Just dirt trails that bifurcated everywhere. The area suffers from years of neglect by the Forest Service. But, if you want to see horses, they are certainly around.

Quite an enjoyable break from the usual desert scenery. Plenty of water, shade, and wildlife. Great for kids, more of a stroll than a hike.

Quick and easy trail in a very convenient location. I would not even consider it a hike. I would suggest this hike if you are in the area like at the zoo or the botanical garden. There were lots of people when we were there around 3pm so it was nearly impossible to get pictures without other people in the background. There is plenty of parking unlike many other trails in the area.

Beautiful hike! Although I would not say it’s flat!

Nice easy, sandy trail with no steep embankments. Mostly flat with a tiny incline in places. Pretty cactus - no wildflowers this year. Well marked.

As stated, nice inclined walk for "urban hiking". It's covered in garbage at the top.

Easy hike with little portions of elevation. Great for dogs and children.

Awesome trail!!!!

Great trial, not easy but worth the hike

Great trail and easy trail. The Hieroglyphics are pretty cool to see. There wasn’t that much water when i was there but after a good rain it would awesome to see. 90% of the trail was even, and easy to walk on. Gradual incline but nothing crazy. Kids can easily do the trail. Can’t wait to go back!

Great Hike! Almost no shade on the trail though, so the sun can be brutal

Great hike. The hieroglyphs were incredible

A must-do. It’s not really a hike and it’s great for children. It’s a Phoenix landmark.

Very nice trail. Good signposts. Lots of people. Safe area for lone hikers. Incredible views of the valley.

Easy to get to and works for a variety of people.

Easy trail for kids. You can go around the base Several times.

Nice easy trail, to many bikers!

Very easy trail, highly trafficked “trail”. The view of the city is wonderful, however, make sure to take your anti anxiety meds before making the short walk due to people not watching their children close enough. Also, be sure to wear appropriate footwear as the rocks are rather slick due to the frequent use.

Great hike and very interesting

Roughly an hour loop including times I made a wrong turn and/or stopped for pictures. Got way too excited seeing a jackrabbit along the trail.

Nice hike today with my husband! He rates it as Moderate. Busy today, beautiful as always! Spotted a Lizard :)

It was ok, to many people but easy.

Nice easy trail on an early March hike. Many Petroglyphs to see at end of trail. Lots of hikers on weekends. Get to the small parking area early during high season (Jan-Mar).

Great hike!

Such a beautiful park. Blevins trail is very manicured and very well marked. It's a very easy trail. I can't wait to go again and explore more trails.

Short, easy, fun hike that spills out into a cool rock formation with petroglyphs everywhere! We brought a lunch along and made a picnic of it. Perfect hike for those who don't hike often/small kids/pets. Would likely be a nice flat trail for trail runners, as well. Went during the week, and it wasn't too busy at all.

Touristy. And not qualified as a hike to me. The rest of Papago Park is much more interesting I think...Find a different hike to take. Hole in the Rock is underwhelming, especially if you’ve ever been to Arches Nat’l Park in Utah.
