We went Dec 11 and drove the scenic drive on the 13th. Not super crowded but they do have some road work by the zion lodge. Bonus tip: another great drive is to enter the park's tunnel through the east entrance of the park!

First time experience coming here and hiking. Love it! Can’t wait to see what’s up ahead.

We were lucky enough to stay at the lodge during our visit. We caught the first shuttle from the lodge every morning (6:15 am) and were at the trail heads before the crowds rolled in. A wonderful piece of God’s Country that should not be missed.

Take your time, pay attention to cyclists, don’t get mad at slow drivers ahead of you, bring food and hiking shoes (even if you had planned only to drive), and pull over every time you want.

Utah and especially this area is awesome. very unusual landscape and views. Definitely would like to go back and take in more. It's been 5 years.

Acadia's Park Loop Road is the perfect introduction to this 47,000 acre park. Much of it is one-way traffic.

This is a road biker paradise.. Parked @Sand Beach lot... Began the 22 mile loop there @8am... It has it all, scenery, well paved roads, some challenging hills... About 17 miles of the loop is a 2 lane one way traffic so plenty of room to bike...you also have the option of adding Cadillac mountain summit (extra 5.5 miles), very challenging, all uphill and the downhill can be treacherous, too many tight turns and you'll be slamming on your brakes all the way down with a huge intersection at the bottom.... All said, at least the loop is a must.

very easy. great scenery.

Completed over two days but hits most of the high points and you get a pretty good appreciation with this drive. Obviously you’d wanna do the longer hikes (devils garden) early on in the morning but you also wanna do the shorter ones early to avoid the crazy crowds because of how accessible those ones are so you have to decide

It’s beautiful! Make sure to stop at the different turnouts. It’s worth a little delay.

This is such a beautiful drive. The scenes are just magnificent. Its extra beautiful during the fall with all the leaves changing.

We did not hike the entire 24.5 miles, but this is as majestic a place as any.

We did this drive on 7/6/18 and I enjoyed it. We didn't make it out to the Devils Garden end, but will do that another time. I was blown away by how crowded this place was. Crazy amount of people. Could not even find a parking place at the Windows area. And was disappointed to see the amount of people climbing all over the rocks at Double Arch. I think the park service needs to re-evaluate where they let people go. It was not cool in my eyes. You could not get a picture of the arches without people in your pic. I will return here some year at an off season time, and hope to see less crowds. There should be a limit on vehicles allowed in too, there clearly is not enough parking for all the cars they let in. Not even close. The line went on forever when we were leaving. Great pics to be taken, but I think some things should be done to manage the crowds.

amazing time in the park! beautiful!

Third trip through enjoyed as always

This driving tour is a great way to see all the areas of the park. Since the park is not that large, this is doable in a pretty short amount of time. I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because to really see the arches you have to do some hiking or walking, so just know that you cannot see the best stuff only on the drive.

Beautiful! Go before 8:00 AM as suggested in the Moab guest guide book or be prepared for lines to get in and too much traffic. We arrived at 7:30 or so and there was no waiting at the entrance, every parking lot at every view site had spaces open, photos were easy to get as there were fewer people to contend with. This drive is an easy way to take in a lot of ground and many amazing sites. As we left the park after our relaxed drive through we passed a line at the gate that went half way to the highway.

Views were hit and miss over the holiday weekend with the storms, ..but where they were there, very hard to beat anywhere on the east coast.

absolutely stunning drive. it feels as if you're transported to the west coast.

Beautiful driving tour. There are a lot of places to stop and check out. As soon as you go into the park, you will see some amazing places. As you continue on the views just get better and better I am. We went in the early spring of 2018 and it was absolutely beautiful. If you want to do the fiery furnace then you need to get a permit a day or two prior to doing it.

We actually drove the entire park route the previous day, but I have uploaded the photo with this recording. There is a lot to see from the road itself. We had planned a few grand hikes, but as the weather turned to sleet and snow, we decided to drive through the park and do a few easy hikes. It was actually very relaxing and made us stop to see more of the roadside attractions/rock formations we would have otherwise drove past to get to trailheads. And, now that the road construction has been completed, there are more pull offs to stop and take photos from different views. If you don't want to do hikes or want to only do short hikes, you still get to see a lot of awesome sights in Arches!

I have driven this beautiful section of the Parkway many times. I have also hiked some of the trails along the road several times. Great views.

Have driven this beautiful section of the Parkway many times. It is really beautiful and has great views of the countryside.

Excellent way to see a lot of Acadia if hiking isn't your thing or if you don't have time to do a ton of hikes. The roads are in good condition with lots of pull offs/signage for areas of interest/scenic areas. On tip: if you enter the park of SR 3 north of Bar Harbor you should do the loop clockwise. If you go counter clockwise you have to backtrack; as over 1/2 the loop is 1 way.
