Not safe for dogs yet. Falls are gushing and icy. Make sure to wear hiking boots, the trail is very rocky and can be slippery at times. Requires some maneuvering.

conditions were perfect. the cold created spectacular views. Best time of year to enjoy this trail without the crowds. don't forget to explore the old train tunnel post hike

Nice day hike if you are local. Nota challenging hike, but enough to get the blood flowing.

Amazing hike. One of our favorites. Our daughters age 7 & 9 loved climbing the rocks. We went at the beginning of November. The weather was perfect and the foliage was beautiful.

Pleasant trail. A lot of up and down. Good hike. Quiet.

Great hike! Will deter you in the very beginning but if you can get past the first mile or so, the views are wonderful! Doesn’t even feel like New Jersey!

this was such an awesome hike.
will DEFINITELY be going there again!

Fun trail is you are looking to play. Can' t get in a long distance, but fun to explore. Water was flowing so creek crossings were high and unavoidable. Only one on the trail... cold!

Get hike! Did Both Pinnacle and Pulpit Rock! Great combo!

It was actually a pretty good hike, Did it for the first time with two of my buddies definitely recommended! A little disappointed that I didn’t finish the whole trail but did about 90% of it.

I’m a beginner hiker and I thought this was a challenging trail. That said, it was 100% worth it. The views were amazing! Went 1/6/19, gorgeous day ~ 50 days and the falls were flowing!

Lovely trail, medium difficulty. Most of the trail goes through the woods, so it was okay to do on a hot June day. Met several thru-hikers on this segment.

I’m lucky because this trail is only 10 mins from my home ...... I adore this park. There’s so many little trails that you can explore. Fabulous view of the water and the park rangers are fabulous. Lots of fishing in the summer - I take my kayak out there also to Chambers Lake. My dogs love the hike, I love the area, and many of us locals walk there daily all year long.

Awesome hike. Regardless which direction you take it, you will begin by going uphill early on then walking the ridge for a few miles before going back downhill again to the reservoir road.

We love you Glen CoCo!!

I love this trail. Great views. Some steep parts. Can get a little crowded on peak days. Highly recommend.

New Years Day! Wonderful hike to start the year. As others have stated that Trail is not well marked at least in the beginning and near the end. After you park and come down the steps turn to the right and go under the track area. You can go straight ahead but it is more difficult or you can turn right and follow the blazes on the trees. We went straight along the river and that in itself earned thed difficult rating. Because of the rains this year the falls were outstanding! Superior! After viewing top falls we followed the blue blazes then ted to the bottom.

This is not the kind of hike I would take a beginner in poor shape.

Would rate a 5 for the hike but many views were of a highway. Still really enjoyable hike and not crowded like I thought it might be for a Sunday during a holiday week.

Might have been a 5 rating but it was a misty day so the views were blocked. But nice loop!

Nice hike. A lot more traffic on the trail than I expected. Great for joggers and walking your dog, but I also would say beware of owners with dogs off leash (even though there are lots of signs against it).

The views are awesome. The initial climb is challenging but enjoyable if you're down for the exercise. Very rocky at points. My dog didn't seem to have any troubles though. Definitely going back.

This is a great trail with some gorgeous views but also a few challenging, rocky areas -- I wouldn't recommend for a beginner. The biggest downside is there can be too much traffic at times, as it's in a heavy tourist area.

A buddy and I went hiking here the Monday before Christmas and it was an amazing experience. the weather was perfect, wasnt too cold. I came here for a solo hike in the summer and it was extremely crowded but this time we didnt see anyone else on the trail. still green and falls weren't frozen yet. Great all around hike views are gorgeous, and I recommend it to everyone up for a challenge.

I have never seen so much trash on a hike before. I really hope they shut this place down do to what people have done to it, it's so sad given it's such a beautiful pond. People who litter should be made to clean it up.

make sure you add the north trail to this one

Showed up to hike, but changed our minds upon seeing two other hikers being ticketed at the trail head. The trail is definitely closed.

Hiked this trail during the summer time, went on a really nice warm day! Perfect, not to hot. Completed the trail in about 3 hours, it was a slippery trail around all the rocks because of the water. I wouldn't necessarily say it's hard. The whole trail itself is beautiful, offers nice scenery for great pictures!

Me and my friends walked this trail a cold Sunday morning. Since it had snowed, it was hard to walk at our usual pace. It was very muddy and so many puddles. Aside that, it was a beautiful hike! Well worth our 2hr. drive. Would definitely do it again but in the summer. The views were stunning!

Awesome trail. Be sure to take it till the end, the final third is especially beautiful.
