Extremely pretty short hike with plenty to experience waterfall dense forests. Caves rock formations. It’s very cool for only a bit over 1 mile

Rocky path in parts. great trail!

Hiked with our 7 year old son. It was a bit strenuous, but he made it like a champ. We loved this trail.

I really enjoyed this trail. I had such a blast with the family. It's a nice and easy stroll.

Have been to this secluded jewel of a location in the Hoosier National inumerable times. Whether camping or a daytrip I absolutely reccomend this beautiful unique trail to anyone in the area or afar. The far side of the trail conceals an astounding giant cave formation halfway up the cliffs. Love it.

Nice little trail. Low end half way around had damage to the boardwalk but was passable during our visit.

I’ve been hiking here since I was a child. Great day hike and plenty of other activities to do in the park.

So beautiful and pup friendly! Very steep beginning incline and obviously ending decline.

Beautiful waterfall, especially when it is frozen! Also, only true hikers are out in this awful weather so that is a plus
During the summer though, it is full of "non-hikers" so it is pretty busy since it is a free place to go swimming. That being said, it is usually busy once it starts getting hot outside again.
Also, the hike back up from the falls is not my favorite thing ever so just be careful!

Great hike! It is challenging, especially when you hike down to the bottom of the falls because the hike back up is a rough one. I love this state park and it holds so many different waterfalls so I would highly recommend that you try all of the falls out! Also, if you can get a chance to see these falls in the winter, I would highly recommend it!

Beautiful rocky trail with vistas and some history leading to a gorgeous 3 tiered waterfall. We were lucky to visit after a rainy early spring. As we turned the last corner, the falls was roaring. Spectacular. In dry spells, it recedes to dribble. Still worthy of a trek, but not so spectacular.

Loved this hike! It was kid friendly but challenged them on some of the off shoots of the trails to climb rocks and explore. We spent about 2 hours getting lost in all the different areas we could safely climb! Loved the views and waterfalls!

Great, challenging trail well worth the hike.

nice stroll

This hike exceeded my expectations. I'd recommend it for all ages and skill levels, plus the trailhead is only about a mile or so off I-40. For an easy short hike, the sights are pretty cool. You get great views of the small lake from down by the water and from above via the ridge trail that circles the lake. The old abandoned buildings are a unique feature and fun to explore. We finished the 2 mile hike in just under an hour, but this trail could easily be completed in less time if you don't take stops to look around.

There are better hikes around Nashville, but this one is definitely worth checking out.

This is a beautiful trail and an easy hike. Enjoyed the waterfalls.

Nice easy hike to the overlook. Harder getting down to the water but worth it.

Best trail at this great park! This trail provides awesome lookouts of Cane Creek Gorge, Cane Creek Falls, and of course Fall Creek Falls, and it really isn’t that long of a trail. I recommend doing this hike early in the morning and catching a sunrise at one of the overlooks!

Definitely a difficult trail, but it is completely worth it for the view of Cane Creek Falls at the bottom. This view is far better than the other two overlooks.

Best time to hike is during the rain of right after a huge rain. We went and were blown away with the amount of water. As a photographer is was beautiful. Definitely not safe to swim during this time. But amazing to see after a rain. Breathtaking.

Pretty and a peaceful walk!

For a local park, it's a great place to hike with the pups. Also fun for a trail run...

Great trail! Beautiful scenery spring through fall. Lots of wildlife : Wood ducks, mallards, and even a beaver dam. Gorgeous views of the lake. Be on the lookout for snakes though. There is a gorgeous spillway waterfall at the beginning where you can walk across the water on stones. I have taken my 6 yr old several times. First time he was about 4. It's suitable for all ages.

Great hiking for all skill levels even wheel chair accessible. Beautiful scenery waterfalls, springs, caves. You are walking on a paved trail between two knobs. In the description says no dogs, don't know why. Mine went with me.

A little short and pretty sure I could do it barefoot.. but it’s beautiful

50 degree day in January made for a crowd. But this is a beautiful trail and my 4 year old did great!

Nice two mile “tune up” trail. 200ish feet of elevation change.

Trail gets muddy and slick when wet.

The “Cave” isn’t much to look at.

Had a lot of fun in the park with the family. Looking forward to going back. ; )

It was super beautiful with the snow. Easy little trail that's enjoyable for your family and dogs.
I want to come back and run the trail.

Excellent short Trail to do in the winter after a cold spell. When the waterfall would be frozen, also great in the fall for the wildflowers. But I do wish the individuals with spray paint would have an extremely bad year.
