Scenic, dog friendly, 10/10 would do again

Nice easy walk through the woods and over and around water. Dog friendly. I great spot in Fairfield ct.

Nice place

This section was great! For anyone looking to continue after bulls bridge beware. The trail gets pretty challenging after that until your next out at Route 341 in Kent. Annie at Back Country Outfitters was awesome! She gave us a last minute shuttle back to the trail head where we started. The ice cream is something you don’t want to pass up either.

Perfect place for my pup! So great to have something like this in the area!

Great trails to walk on. Lots of dogs on and off leash. The lake is beautiful and the dogs love to go swimming when its hot

My dog loved it there and I didn’t find one tick!!

Nice views. Good shade. Just enough altitude disparity to be interesting.

trail running

Easy trail for running with my dogs if I’m looking for something quick, only takes about 15-20 to get around the park. Lots of off leash dogs.

Hiked about 4.5 miles of the trail in my neighborhood from chuck wagon lane to long ridge about 3 hrs easy to follow but lots of ticks

Perfect for a beginner like me. I followed the yellow trail and it was easy. It was pretty, but a small portion was near the highway.

1st time on this or any trail for that matter. Brought my dog with me. We had a great walk. Very easy on this old man. Will be there again soon.

Cascades is the best!! The part past the lake has parking down a little hill and dogs can be off leash to play starting 100ft from the dirt lot. If you want a longer hike though start at the parking mentioned.

One of my faves :) it's an easy loop with some moderate difficulty along the way and beautiful scenery:)

Loved this hike!! Gorgeous winter morning trip. After going over Ten Mile Hill the trip along the Ten Mile and Housatonic Rivers is beautiful...not too grueling of a hike but enough to get your heart rate up.

It was amazing. I only walked about 2 miles in but I intend on going back next weekend for the whole round trip. I’m looking forward to this hike. It is flat or downhill in most places so far, so deeming it Easy was definitely appropriate. Looking forward to doing it this weekend!!!

Not exactly an easy trail, not exactly a moderate trail either. Lots to see

Lots of different trails, each one being a little over a mile. Good spot for a quick run.

I had little time before the sunset & wanted a quick walk. This was perfect! Paths are clearly marked, good variety, clean, lots of interesting things to see, beautiful.

Beautiful trail... scenic

Started on Rt 55 on Appalachian Trail over 10 Mile Hill to Bulls Bridge. Nice limited view at top of 10 Mile Hill. Great river views and bridge crossing. Outstanding Bulls falls view off of AT.

Nice area, great trails.

The noise from the road takes all the joy of being in nature. Not for me :(

We were discouraged because nothing was marked. I parked the first place I saw other cars but that is not the head of the trail. We followed a smaller trail at one point and ended up on the Merritt Parkway. If trail colors or names were marked we would've enjoyed ourselves more.
