Beautiful night hike to see the stars!! No problems getting up/down at night. There is a steeper rock portion going up where there’s not a clear path, but there’s so many people coming up/down that it was easy to find way. If night hiking, bring flashlight for sure! Arches is a no light park and the parking lot/surrounding area is completely black. Great for viewing stars! Just beautiful

Beautiful hike! Hike has views of Colorado River, two arches, desert & train tracks. The hike is short and sweet, but does have an area of steep rock with a ladder. If afraid of heights or unable to climb well, may not be trail for you! The top is beautiful though and I highly recommend if physically capable. Bring lots of water! Doggos everywhere and lots of places to sit around arch.

Beautiful trail with fun features including a ladder and a cable assisted mini rock climb. Breathtaking scenery. We went around sunset and it was stunning.

Easy hike, but nothing to write home about.

Beautiful trail but if you have a fear of heights or climbing may not be the best choice. You can hike in and stop before difficult areas and still view the arch from a distance. My youngest daughter and I went all the way but husband and other daughter sat at viewpoint about halfway and waited for us.

We said our vows under delicate Arch. it's one of our favorite places.

A must do hike in Moab!!!!

Love this trail. Beautiful views. Railroad tracks nearby

Wow! What a scenic view! Delicate Arch is my all time top favorite hiking destination spots in Moab, Utah! If you are exploring in Moab, check out Arches National Park without any doubt! Going during the busy season (April-Mid October)?? The trail will be busy, so expect high traffic. During the late Fall and Winter months you'll want to dress warm like a Fleece or Windbreaker and expect less traffic on the trail. You definitely want to take at least 1-2 liters of water and a snack (granola bar) per person. It's about 3 miles up, there is little to no shade, and it is open slickrock (may be slippery in winter) with some exposure to heights. Keep an eye out for cute Jack Rabbits and have fun!!

Super busy trail - but a must do. The arch is absolutely amazing - just don’t expect to get a picture without someone standing in it... it’s a fairly straightforward walk up hill, the path is well marked throughout.

A bit of a tourist trap, but to be expected with a famous landmark.

We lucked out with cool weather, but I would imagine it would difficult in hot weather. Most of the hike is exposed and there is little if any areas for shade.

My favorite part was the old abandoned ranch and the petroglyphs just past.

Fiery Furnace is a playground for adults! There are plenty of spots to squeeze through, scramble over, crawl under and just be amazed by the geography.

We hiked the counter clockwise route, and even with the arrows provided by NPS as a guide, you really need to pay attention and think you're way through. Definitely not a place where you can just wander without paying attention. We got off track twice, which led to more exploration as we reconnoitered options.

The limited number of back country passes issued each day make this hike even more enjoyable since you will probably not encounter more than a few folks.

Nicely, enjoyable, well marked, wide walking trail for the most part. Moderate level, worth the 2.9 mile hike.. amazing arch and views..

Very fun hike that gets better and better as you make your way to the arch.

Great hike. I did ok with the ledge: it slopes inward towards the wall.

Interesting, not too difficult even in the rain.

Enjoyable short trail that ends with to lovely arches. Dogs and kid friendly. Enjoy it!

Close to Moab city center. Dog friendly. Had railings on parts where it seems steep. Our dog (and so would other humans) was able to walk around to continue the trail past the ladder. Lots of places to sit out and look at the stars at night. Enough cairns along the trail that even if you did the trail at night with a headlamp/torchlight you wouldn’t get lost.

Great hike. The payoff at the end was well worth the trip. Don’t underestimate the amount of water you will need. The Arch is spectacular.

Hiked this with my daughter and we enjoyed it. A little intense if you’re afraid of heights and going over slanted rock terrain. Magnificent arch!

Great trail for kids and dogs.. Great scenic views.

Great view at the end of Delicate Arch! Very, very windy at the arch but lots of places to sit. The trail is fairly easy except for a few spots. Hiking poles will make it easier in some parts of the trail. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the arch & about 40 minutes to get back to the parking lot.

This is my 3rd time on this trail in the last 4 years and it never ceases to impress! There are some steep parts so wear good shoes. Overall one of the best easier hikes I have ever been on and that is saying something for a fat chick.

easy hike that offers a unique perspective of the rock formations in the park. went mid afternoon and was barely anyone else on the trail.

nice stop off point in between trails at the south and north ends of the park. good view of the la sal mountain range from here too.

hit the trail before sunrise and was surprised by the amount of other people around. it wasn't too busy but crowds here are unavoidable. there are signs to follow but in the dark they aren't the easiest to find. this is a fairly simple hike, definitely the most impressive arch and is worth checking out.

best hike in arches! this is like a giant maze/playground for adults, you could spend all day in here so come prepared! super fun but easy to get lost, happened a few times. barely anyone else hiking this area due to permit requirements, bought mine on the same day. this is a must do!

Loved it so much we did it twice. Once late afternoon and once early the next morning. The light was stunning. The excitement of watching it change as sunset approached. Definitely not an easy hike but strangely, once you've done it, you realize it wasn't THAT hard. Plus. I mean. It's a once in a lifetime viewpoint.

Get there early to beat the heat! There is minimal shade.
