Easy hike with a great reward.

Good hike, good views. Did miss the sharp left turn at the big rock. Looks like trail goes straight between big rock and a tree but goes straight up and into confusing and slippery gravel. There is some rocks across the wrong trail but not enough to make it clear. We put a stick there also . Hope that helps.

Well marked and great views. Great trail to see some wildlife if the right time of year.

Beautiful trail. Steep in places and had to do a little scrambling and hiking, but well worth the effort.

Just hiked it today. Very pretty trail with a good size aspen grove at the end. The leaves will be gone soon. Some of the trees are already bare. Hurry if you want to see them. The trail is definitely moderate with one pretty sketchy spot if you continue past the last bridge. You won’t like that part if you’re not too crazy about heights. Lots of slippery loose gravel. It’s more like 5.8 miles there and back if you keep going to get to the aspens.

I love Muscoco! I've done it a few times and find the view breathtaking with each visit! If I've learned anything on this trail, it's that a good pair of shoes makes all the difference! Don't be a dumb-dumb like myself and wind up with nasty blisters. I'm a decently in shape 25 year old and found it a little on the challenging side. I only rated it a 4 instead of 5 due to the lack of parking.

One of my favorite trails by far! The views are so beautiful. I went midway on a Monday and there were no other hikers on the trail. The summit is so peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Great hike, however using the All Trails MSP was a life savor since indeed the trail at the open area where all trails meet is poorly marked. The hike is great and I was the only person on this 2nd leg and the views are astounding. Great for a family hike and picnic on top overlooking the Springs and the surrounding mountains. Definitely a hike to return to.

A step trail up and over the falls. Very pretty and if you want to hike longer there are many more trails close.

Hiked this trail today. Trail maintenance group were working on the trail which is very well maintained. As Ashley Reed pointed out last week this trail us NOT marked as Seven Bridges Trail, but as Trail 622. Trailhead is about a mile up Gold Camp Road from the final parking lot above Helen Hunt Falls. We only hiked up to Bridge #7, but others coming down from the top of the trail said the aspens were peak. North Cheyenne Creek runs all along the trail with several small falls. Beautiful trail, great day!

Very good hike! Challenging but very rewarding. We went over labor day weekend so it was busy. Uphill the whole way made for a great workout. Would recommend!

I went, I hiked, I jumped. water levels were high enough to support decent heights but obviously don't go crazyband climb alllll the way to the top. if you climb along the path, it gives you the option to jump from where you are or come down about 5 feet, or come down 10 feet. jumping from the higher cliff there people touched the bottom gently, from the 2 lower points we did not touch at all. THE WATER IS FREEZING. I'm talking when I hit my lungs locked up and I went into a bad coughing spill. your muscles freeze, your brain temporarily shuts off. it's cold. be aware that you're going to JUMP and not to swim.. the ice water is just there to break the fall. but also bring along a towel and warm clothes.

We came here with our dog in the beginning of September. The waterfall was mostly dried up at the top but it has nice views still. Easy and short hike, loose dirt in some areas which makes it a bit slippery in some areas. There is a creek at the bottom near the parking lot which provides some shade. The drive to here has narrow and winding roads up the mountain but we drove about 15-20 mph and no issues.

Hot in summer. But beautiful

Short trail, mostly covered by stairs. There are some decent views up at the top with scenic viewpoints. There was little water when I was there, so there wasn't much action from the cascades.

Helen Hunt Falls is directly off of the parking lot, so there's very little walking to do once you've arrived in order to see the waterfall. Parking is very limited. There is a staircase that will take you up and over the falls and leads to some different trails.

Great uphill hike. Used it for training (backpacking) for my dog and I. Uphill the entire way out, so downhill back. Rewarded w/ a beautiful aspen meadow at the top. Lots of creek access for water and ambiance. Really enjoyed it. 5.8 miles out and back.

A mostly easy climb, occasional sheer cliff-face with some washout. Beautiful views of Colorado springs, Seven falls and the surrounding mountains. Highly recommend an early hike for low temps and striking photography light.

Fun little hike! Wasn’t expecting the stairs, so keep that in mind, it is a very man developed trail and there are a lot of steps, some are slippery because of gravel. Brought my 2 & 4 YOs and my 12 YO dog, and they loved it, we made it all the way to the top! We had a blast sliding down the “slippery” rocks at the top and enjoying the beautiful views!

It says closed, but I went on Saturday and it was open. It’s not really a hike but it was a beautiful spot for pictures. It’s definitely worth seeing.

This is one of my favorite hikes yet. You get beautiful views of the city and mountains. There is a cute area at the top that would be great for a picnic. There are a few narrow areas so just be careful with the kiddos.

Loved this hike. Most of it was just a slightly uphill walk. It got steeper/more rocky towards the top. Got off trail once by mistake where it starts to get iffy, but found our way back fairly easily. Pretty good views at the peak, but a few trees in the way.

Saturday morning parking was completely full—just be aware of that.

Nice secluded trail with great views! Went on a Saturday afternoon and only saw 3 other hikers. Decent elevation gain and steepness towards the summit. Sat on the peak having lunch for about an hour just taking in the views and sunshine.

Not the most spectacular falls by any means, but an average hike with some elevation gain. Heavy traffic with familes and dogs on a narrow trail most of the way. If you're up for the challenge and more miles I highly suggest continuing up to Mt. Rosa for some beautiful views.

I did this hike on the way to Kineo Mountain. Pretty easy hike with a lot of familes with small children and dogs. I highly suggest continuing on past the 7th bridge for a more secluded hike and more of a challenge as most people turn around. My dog of course loved all the water to play in and there are some great hammock and lunch spots in the trees along the river.

Nice trial, great views of water. When you get to the parking lot take the entrance on the left with a small gate and walk down till you see 622 on the right and go to the right.

My first visit to Colorado Springs. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the trail and accessibility. Beautiful!

Short, easy, family-oriented hike. We found it by accident while driving on Gold Camp road. Will go back to do some of the other longer trails.
