Ice/snow covered but lovely.

The trails were icy as one might expect but a great area to walk. Encountered several groups of people some with dogs. Overall great spot even in winter.

beautiful little trail.

Well marked, easy to follow trail. Very family friendly. The boardwalk area at the back of the property is worth checking out in all seasons to enjoy the changing scenery. Great length walk to get out for a quick break. No swimming or fishing allowed and dogs must be leashed. Can get a little busy at peak times.

I've walked this trail almost daily since it opened as I live about 3 minutes away. it really is the perfect length to clear your head or get away from technology. it is. nature preserve so it's all about experiencing nature. no swimming, fishing, or biking allowed so it stays natural. It is dog friendly but you must have 6' leash. There used to be a porta potty but that has been removed so go potty beforehand. there are a few longer hills and tighter spots which may be difficult for people with disabilities but I would rate it an easy level for sure. bugs can be bad but I wear a hat with neck cover and that helps. mosquitos are only really bad at night in my experience but the flies can be persistent. head covering definitely helps!

nice hike on a wide trail, along 2 lakes, seems lightly used, will definitely do it again.

We enjoy this trail with our dogs and child! Its pretty easy, but this is a hilly area, so you can get in a good workout! Lots of optional paths to take depending on how much of it you want to hike. The boardwalk is really nice. I've enjoyed it in fall and winter, its now spring and it's a little muddy and slippery in a couple places.
