Great park!! Fun place to explore, hike, and enjoy! Loved climbing the rocks for great views 360 degrees. Very busy on the weekends but park is big enough doesn’t matter.

It’s fun to rock climb the mountains

Great hike with awesome scenery, plenty of river wading for the pup, and a secluded lunch spot if you wade around bend after the trail ends.

Beautiful park and trail. Agree with Hard rating, mostly boulder climbing. Make sure you have good hiking shoes and bring water and snacks.

Spectacular opportunities to hike and climb and explore in a breathtaking environment. These golden boulders invite to explore off track. Even saw a bobcat crossing my path at 10m distance. Lucky he/she was just as surprised as I was.

First hike in Sedona. Beautiful, but I'm looking for something that gets me to a higher view :)

Only thing we would do differently is go in via Chuckwagon trail instead of the road. Much of the road is dusty and traveled by jeeps and 4 wheelers. The bridge is definitely worth hiking to even though the last quarter of a mile is fairly steep and requires a little scrambling.

Very nice trail. The trailhead opens at 8am and I’d suggest getting there early or you’ll need to wait for people to leave. Be prepared for a bit of accidental splashing and possible damp feet. It was worth a couple of damp toes.

It was beautiful, a pretty easy walk/hike. Don't bring your dog unless you know they can handle it. There were a lot of people carrying small dogs.

Relatively short and for the most part easy. There's one section getting near the top where you have to scramble up the rocks. There's also a side trail where you can view the arch from underneath which as worth the extra little walk. The trail was quite crowded so if I went again I would go during the week and even earlier in the morning

Very scenic, easy and not crowded if you go in the evening. Wrapped up hike right before sunset.

Cool trail but very easy to get lost There are no markings or cairns. I’m pretty sure we did get lost but somehow found our way back to National Trail thanks to GPS after climbing over and under various rocks The hidden valley feels like another world. The trek up Mormon trail to get there was quite the climb

Good workout and great views of the valley from the peak. Watch your footing if you are not accustomed to rocks.

Such a fun beautiful hike. If you bring a dog please pack the poop out. So many people leave the poop bags at the entrance. Don’t be a Ricard. Leave the places you visit how you found them.

outstanding! think this trail should be listed as difficult. it's not far but. it is steep in spots. some people may have to use their hands. but we'll worth it.. enjoy!

Easy hike, scenic views, popular spot. About 3-4 miles round trip from parking.

Very rocky trail, it is only moderately difficult in my opinion.

If you stick out a thumb and a bee you might get a free private pink Jeep tour from a local on the walk back :)

We took Chuck Wagon Trail there and back. We got there around 7:30am and easily found parking. Nice, easy hike most of the way. It was a little bit of a climb at the very end but nothing crazy and well worth it :)

This is an extremely popular hike and the parking lot stayed full so there was a lot of parking on the road. We drove our Jeep in on the wide, rocky path for about a quarter-mile and hiked in the rest. There are several, well setup steep steps which quickly add to the elevation of this hike but I overheard several folks say it is well worth the effort, and I certainly agree.

It was pretty good. Nothing too crazy. It’s close to a vortex as well.

Not a hard trail. Took a little over 2 hours with several stops for pictures. Really pretty area right below the dam.

Had the end of the trail all to ourselves on a Saturday morning- started around 8. Saw wildlife and wildflowers, the red rocks are breath taking. The first little bit along the resort is a little annoying with truck noise, but the rest was tranquil and peaceful.

Hiked Thursday 4/12 in the afternoon. Super popular and busy trail- not for those looking for solitude. Easy inclines and everyone is patient to allow each person to walk onto the bridge for a photo op. Great views.

Very special trail.

Dust and vehicles on the trail leading to the trailhead are annoying, but the views from the top are well worth the time. Doable in ~45 minutes to 1 hour one way.

Nice and easy trail, with a little bit of difficulty at the end, finishing with a beautiful view!

This is one of my top 10 trails! Absolutely beautiful! Canyon walks change with every turn. Went beyond the end point for extra scenery. It was amazing.

Fun hike with good diversity! I would call this a moderate hike, not hard, light scrambling but the trails were well marked and maintained. This is a double edge sword however because this along with the damn make it slightly less organic.

Extremely beautiful area, easy to miss turns on trail though. Ended up back tracking to find the right spot. Climb is tougher towards the the last half mile, had to climb switchbacks to get to the two bit summit.
