A great hike that has some hills but beautiful scenery and views too!

Started just after sunrise and had the trail to ourselves most of the time. Beautiful. Go clockwise

Great views in all directions! The trails are steep and narrow at times, but very well kept. Echo mountain is a cool historic site, but I chose to walk back to the junction about 50 yards and continue on to Inspiration point which added about an
hour, but certainly worth it. Prepare for little shade along the entire trail.
Parking is free from 6am-8pm on the street adjacent to the trailhead

The views from this trail are amazing! Like others have mentioned, the trail itself is quite narrow. When you pass other hikers, you have to stand to the side because of this, but it’s general hiking etiquette anyways. I passed almost 20 other people on the trail on a Friday morning, so I can imagine weekends get crowded. There were quite a few benches on the way up, and lots of picnic tables at the top of Echo Mountain.
Parking was manageable even though I came later on a Friday morning. There are no restrooms at the trailhead, so take care of that before you arrive. I’m a medium paced hiker and it took me about 2 hours to complete (including taking pictures and taking a short rest at the top). I’ll definitely be back with friends!

Very pretty, but I went on a Tuesday and it was still crowded as all get out

Great hike! The falls were amazing and really enjoyed that it was a loop. Definitely start at Stanford house and go all the way to the falls!

Beautiful and majestic! Hard to describe the views and rocks, definitely lived up to its name "fairyland" as it had a certain magical quality to it.

We went this morning little after 9am. No problem with parking. It was already getting crowded with many hikers. I would suggest to walk to the right and climb the rocks, to get away from crowds, and enjoy the view in quite atmosphere.
Views from the top are amazing and worth it the hike.
There is no railings so keep your kids and dogs near you. They are building new trails and look out.

I did this hike in early April and the weather was absolutely perfect. Started at 8:15am, ended around 12:45pm going at a moderate pace (average mile was 26 min). Started getting a bit warm by then so start early. Prepare for 7+ miles with the first mile climbing steadily. Descending and coming out of the punch bowl is a tough climb but definitely a good kind of burn. At least two liters of water is recommended and trekking poles.

Very nice !!! Excellent views
Too busy in the weekends

Not too difficult. Lots of ups and downs. Nice hike.

Breathtaking views!!!!!!!

This trail is a neat hike up over a hump and straight down to the lookout. Its about .75mi from car to the edge and .75mi back. Once at the ledge you can climb up higher on the rocks to get the best views. You can see for miles and miles and straight down to the horseshoe. construction is under way for a viewing platform too. the walk back up the hill is a good incline and rocky uneven footing. also, parking can be very busy so plan accordingly and bring lots of water!

Awesome view but way too many people. Very short easy hike.

The crowds almost ruin the experience. Hard to find an unoccupied vista.

Amazing, pictures don’t do it justice.

This trailhead was pretty easy to find. The path was straightforward, there wasn’t anywhere to get confused...all options had signage. It was a beautiful day and didn’t seem too crowded...at first. The number of people grew as the day progressed. There were a lot of runners to move over for and dogs on leashes...all nice things for a more social type of walk. If you are looking for solitude this might not be THAT hike, but if you need to practice for THAT hike, this one’s perfect. The hike had a gradual but steady incline...it wasn’t horrible. I enjoyed my day outside and the views over Los Angeles.

Best views in the park. Cool to hike down and see the hoodoos up close. We started at sunrise point, so had a slightly boring walk along the rim at the end back to the car, but still very worth it.

Crowded, but well worth the view. There’s a higher rock formation that you can climb up to get better views and pictures.

Note: Technically, you need a permit to hike here. However, no one checks for this.

Worth the price of admission ($5 per person). I got there around 4 so I only had an hour or so to spend in the hot springs before deciding to trek back out so I wasn’t hiking in the dark. Trails are fairly narrow (12-18” at its narrowest) and steep so I wouldn’t want to hike it in the dark. Beautiful hike in, stunning gorges. Nudists (I ended up deciding to be one of them, when in Rome right?) and other bathers were all very chill and respectful (don’t be surprised by people smoking some weed or having some beers though). Wading back through the river definitely wakes you up for the hike back up the hill (especially in March haha). H20 a must, I didn’t look for the water source mentioned but I did suck down what I brought. Road to the ranch is dirt but well graded, the only iffy spot for regular cars is about 200 yards from the ranch to the parking area. All in all just a spectacular experience that I’m absolutely going to visit again (and next time camp at the top of the trail, only $10 a person haha)

This was the gem of our 2.5 day stay in Bryce. If I had to choose one and only one thing to do or see in Bryce, this hike would be it. The Fairyland lookout road was closed so we started from the Sunrise parking lot. We took the loop counterclockwise. With so many views behind us I found myself walking backwards throughout the hike. I'd suggest going clockwise. Such a pleasant hike and few other hikers. At the tail end of the loop we came upon a forested field that capped off the hike with the unexpected change in landscape.

Incredible place that is so so special. Horseshoe Bend is a short little hike from the dirt parking lot. Best time of day for photography is right before the sun rises. Great scenic stop!

Beautiful hike. Muddy but fun!

If you are passing through this is a must see. Very easy hike. Sort of crowded but you can hike an extra tenth of a mile to get away from the crowd and have the same views.
