Great trails. There is hardly any “real” hiking in this part of Ohio and I enjoyed being alone for almost the entire hike. The mileage on here is wrong, according to their maps it is 4.1 miles, NOT 6.7. What’s nice about this hike is that once you get to the dog park you can take a shorter trail back to the pond and don’t have to hike 4 miles again.

Nice trail easy to walk.

I don’t count this an easy trail as a runner because one mile of the 3.8 mile paved course is quite hilly. I’m talking “check your brakes” kind of hills. Biking is fun, but running those hills challenges you if your fitness level isn’t good.

The path is paved and well-maintained. Traffic in the path is never busy, which is nice. I almost always get a glimpse of either deer or wild turkeys. In the winter, those hills are great for sledding and that’s just about the only time I’ve seen the trail crowded.

Very nice trail in the Columbus metro. Well shaded, some elevation change. Some nice views of the brooks in the ravine and exposed rock faces.

One of the nicest trails in the Columbus metro area. Parts of it can feel like you are far away from the city. Well shaded so that even in the summer it’s not too hot. Can get crowded during the weekends starting mid morning.

Very pretty. Read the signs carefully. I doubled my length when I paired off on the wrong turn lol

Great dog trail! Wooded and open fields. Very scenic

Trail was overgrown, grassy path hasn’t been mowed in awhile. Several downed trees across the path, a few have poison oak vines on them so it’s hard to climb over.

Trail is an easy walk that is great for wildflowers and birds. Love that dogs are allowed.

It should be marked as Easy, not Moderate, but still a great trail.

Lots of trail runners and dog walkers. Elevated birding blind and pond to see birds.

Beautifully kept trail, wonderful views, and some really cool hidden spots to be found.

I love this trail. It’s right near my job. Takes a few hours to loop the whole thing if you’re walking but it’s got all the views and shade you need to accompany you through your adventure. I saw a mongoose there too! Sooo cute in the face!

Very cute, small trails though. It's a good place for a quick walk.

A very lovely, VERY easy trail.

A short, fairly easy trail. Excellent scenery, though.

An easy, mostly wooded trail just north of Columbus. Lots of wildlife (birds, deer, foxes, etc) good for photo opportunities.

A very easy trail with some gentle hills through heavily wooded areas. High traffic, popular with families and runners, therefore not great for looking at the wildlife, but otherwise very pleasant.

Pretty views into the ravines. Well maintained, busy trail. We didn't complete the entire trail, just 2 mils of it. Very nice Nature Center at the Trailhead. Saw an owl by the creek, heard a woodpecker.
