Colorado Road Trip- Easy Map

What a great little hike! Got to the trailhead about 8am on a Sunday and saw no one on the trail, must have been lucky!

Easy hike with a lot of stairs. Good for kids, but you may need to carry them some if they’re young. Great views from multiple points along the hike.

I gave this trail 5 stars because this place is beautiful. The trail is very easy but has some small obstacles. The trail runs along under canyons and a narrow river. Again, this place is magical. I will upload sone pictures.

Pretty and easy trail with a beautiful waterfall and view.

It was a very pretty and short hike. Lots of places to take pretty photos

Gorgeous winter hike. Tough with the extra mileage due to the road closure. Definitely bring snow shoes.

Beautiful trail but be very careful going in winter.

Great little winter hike. We went the extra half mile to Lost Lake. In the winter you can't park at the trailhead so that adds about a half mile as well. No snowshoes required but yaktraks are nice!

A bit more difficult trail with not much foot traffic. Great mix of scenery and trail conditions. Perfect with our dog!

Good view, the roads closed so it’s about a 10-20 minutes walk to the trail head.
Fairly trafficked trail even in the winter so I’d leave your snow shoes at home, yaktraks with hiking boots is sufficient, some parts of the trail are icy.

Mild trail, but so pretty with snow! Frisco always seems a bit windy so outside the protection of trees there were some big gusts of wind, but totally worth it. Well snow packed for snowshoeing. Our dogs had a great time! Met lots of friendly people on the trail also.

lots of stairs but great views of the falls. Easy trail for families

Super easy hike. Lots of stairs, we came in January & the water fall was frozen. Looks like this hike would be better for the summer!

Decent incline, but a very pretty trail in the winter. Make sure to stay on trail as the snow off either side can be very deep but not packed.

great view of the falls.

Super fun! Can be really rocky in some places and to get to the water fall you gotta do some climbing. Totally worth it. Perfect for summer or winter, definitely one of my favorites. Not to much snow on the trail right now, no microspikes needed.

This was do-able for my husband and I and our 2 year son. We had a fairly easy hike up with him in a hiking kids backpack. Once we reached the top we let him run around and climb up little hill with small rocks. Coming down was a bit slippery so we went really slow. We would do it again!

Nice waterfall that’s really close to the parking area.

Beautiful winter hike. Snow-covered Trail but easy to navigate even without spikes or snowshoes. Lots animal tracks and solitude.

Stairs, stairs and more stairs.

My favorite trail! So much beauty.

Lots of wildlife and an easy trail.

Relatively short and very highly traveled. The big attraction is that it is just as neat as Helen Hunt Fall trail but FREE.

Hike with Samir, Ashley, Adam, and Riley

Great hike, even this time of year. Trails in some spots were snow packed and icy. Absolutely beautiful and hardly anyone here.
