Awesome hike! The climb was a fun challenge. Be ready for a crowd.

Great day for a hike. Beautiful park. A bit too crowded for me. I got here early so parking was not an issue but there are not a lot of spots to park.

Great hike! No issues with the trail when I went Saturday but they put up a fence so you cannot reach the summit anymore. You can still climb up the rock to a ledge to see out, but it’s not as great of a view with the trees out there. Lots of spaces to climb though if you’re interested. I’ll come back again when the fence is down and the cave is open.

Good hike, not too long or too short and a great view of Denver and Red Rocks

Very rocky and in some areas eroded. Nice tree coverage. For the most part a lot of incline... up up up! Heavy traffic on the weekends, lots of families and dogs. The parking lot was full by 1 PM on Sunday.

It feels like 18,000 stairs. Moderate? The view at the top made it worth it. Very challenging hike. It was not crowded at all but the parking lot was full.

Have done this hike multiple times. Short but challenging as it a pretty consistent climb. The trail is clear of all snow and ice at this point. The nicer weather has brought out huge crowds lately, so go early! I had the top to myself today for several minutes around 930 AM. Great views at the top!

Moderate/difficult but totally doable. Heavily trafficked but really beautiful and worth it.

I was thoroughly surprised with how much I enjoyed this trail. It was much more difficult than I anticipated, you’ll definitely get your heart rate up. But it’s worth the climb. It’s very rocky most of the trail which my pup and I loved, but I did notice a couple older ones who struggled climbing a bit in some steep spots.

One of my absolute favorite hikes during the week and in the off season. During the warmer months and on weekends this drops far down my list with the amount of people on the trail. This is definitely on the higher end of the Moderate scale if not straight up Hard. This was slippery from when I went last October to this past week in April. Definitely recommend spikes or crampons, saw many people fall on their backs. The view from the Arch is beautiful and a great place for a rest and picnic.

I wouldn't go back unless it was for a swim. too short a hike otherwise. was beautiful though and awesome swimming hole though too popular of a spot for my liking... too many people. of suggest a week evening to avoid the people.

Beautiful

It’s neat once you get to the top. There are a ton of trails you can catch. Lots of mountain bikers, but it’s a wider trail and there’s room for all. There was some mud yesterday, but no ice or snow.

Amazing hike great views, but a lot of bicycles in the week, bring sunblock and a lot of water.

this is a good hike. not too busy and friendly people. hike on!!!

Started at HQ. easy walk to the Sempervirens Falls. From there we took the Sequoia Trail up the hill and across the 236 to skyline to sea. That was much prettier

Great short hike! Easy rise to the bottom of the final climb (it’s a climb for sure). Beautiful view from the top! The cave is closed for the season, but still worth the hike/climb. Under 2 hours out and back.

I've done these peaks numerous times over the last 45 yrs. I've taken a number of beginners. They are possibly the easiest 14ers, but they have beautiful views. I've read that some consider the southwest descent off Bross to be one of the most difficult descents off any 14er. As others have recommended, stay off the summit of Bross but you can get close enough to legitimately tick it off the list. Great way to get 4 in one day. An 8 am start is late.

Worth every step!!!

Awesome hike however I recommend hiking shoes some parts have a lot of slush and wet! Very slippery

Muddy and Icy. Climbed in trail shoes. Most people were wearing tennis shoes but that is stupid. Wear something with some grip.

easy trail, family friendly. some small snow spots in the shade, easily avoidable. would like to explore the trail network around this one a bit more.

Moderately trafficked and just barely muddy this Saturday afternoon. Slow and steady start with a good elevation increase at the end. There is a rock wall before the gated off caves so you will need to use hands to climb. Saw some dads struggling to help their children up/down the wall. Saw a few adults of all ages that wouldn’t climb the wall (fraidy cats). The best views are at the top so don’t chicken out. All in all, quick and easy hike. Wouldn’t do it again for exercise, but would bring friends here for sweet views of the flat lands.

Great reward at the top!

Did this hike at the end of June with no research on the trail whatsoever. We were simply exploring and happened to find a trail. We hiked all the way to Lake Isabelle before turning around (started late in the day). The trail is very well maintained. There was some snow around the 10,000 foot mark, and some rock scrambling near the end. On our way up we saw a waterfall coming out from a mound of snow and ice high up. We didn't realize until we got to the lake that it seemed to be coming from the lake. The lake itself is serene and beautiful. We were the only ones there. Hike was fairly easy and we would love to do it again maye this time going a little bit further.

Pretty muddy today. But great hike, beautiful views, and good work out.

The trail was beautiful but difficult because the slush and ice basically made the stairs into a giant, steep slip and slide, but if you are careful and walk with intention, you’ll be fine. The arch is definitely worth the hard work of getting there and the trail goes between the second and third flatiron so you can get up close.

Went off trail without knowing it and ended up at a dead end- had to turn around and backtrack. Good trail overall, inclined and rocky.

Had a little trouble finding the trail. Once we did it was a great hike.
