well marked path, went there to hike and ended up getting out of the way of lots of mountain bikers, was some really nice places to see and take pix, but i'm sure I'll be going back to do this soon.

Easy hike with a great reward.

Beautiful hikes. Pretty easy hiking with great views!

Pretty easy hike, paved mostly so great for littles. Awesome rock formations to check out too!

A terrific trail to view and appreciate the beauty contained within Garden of the Gods Park. Not only outstanding scenery but definitely less traveled than the central garden paths. Be certain to keep a watchful eye out for Bighorn Sheep on the Northern portion of the trail. Plenty of photo opportunities along this trail featuring plenty of fabulous red rock formations.

We came here with our dog in the beginning of September. The waterfall was mostly dried up at the top but it has nice views still. Easy and short hike, loose dirt in some areas which makes it a bit slippery in some areas. There is a creek at the bottom near the parking lot which provides some shade. The drive to here has narrow and winding roads up the mountain but we drove about 15-20 mph and no issues.

Nice views and not hard at all

The Palmer Trail and the Susan G. Bretag trail wrap around the outside of the park to offer some great distant views of the rock formations! Great opportunity to get away from the crowds.

Short trail, mostly covered by stairs. There are some decent views up at the top with scenic viewpoints. There was little water when I was there, so there wasn't much action from the cascades.

Helen Hunt Falls is directly off of the parking lot, so there's very little walking to do once you've arrived in order to see the waterfall. Parking is very limited. There is a staircase that will take you up and over the falls and leads to some different trails.

great relaxing paved trails. saw deer and rabbits. Some areas are off the paved bits and have stunning rock formations.

Fun little hike! Wasn’t expecting the stairs, so keep that in mind, it is a very man developed trail and there are a lot of steps, some are slippery because of gravel. Brought my 2 & 4 YOs and my 12 YO dog, and they loved it, we made it all the way to the top! We had a blast sliding down the “slippery” rocks at the top and enjoying the beautiful views!

Short, easy, family-oriented hike. We found it by accident while driving on Gold Camp road. Will go back to do some of the other longer trails.

Short little hike. Quick elevation. Steps and gravel trail. Wide and easy to follow. Family friendly. Busy parking because of popularity. Zero water flow during droughts but still pretty.

Beautiful views and easy.

Great views, close proximity to information post.

Great trail with awesome views. Easy hike. However: Beware, there is lots of horse traffic on this trail. We got stuck behind a horseback tour & my dog spent our whole hike trying to eat horse poop! Plus, it stank. Not very pleasant.

This trail was great! There is a lot of beautiful scenery and several other trails attached that you can also take. Just be careful because some of the trail is washing away.

I’ve only been on a few trails since I moved to Colorado but this has by far been my favorite! You get wonderful views of the city and mountains. You also get to see some wildlife. However, part of the trail is starting to washout. There is rebar sticking up in a few random places where the stairs have washed away. Other than that it’s such a great hike!

Fairly easy trails to follow. Lots of options to make it a longer hike. We took our two small dogs and they had a great time. Trails weren't crowded, but we did see other people out hiking or trail running. Better earlier in the morning for dogs. Not too many places to refill water so plan accordingly especially if bringing your dog. We did see warning signs for rattlesnakes but didn't see any snakes. There is a nice picnic area and restrooms about halfway along the hike at Pullout 13, Scotsman Picnic Area.

So amazing! Trail was mild and easy to follow. Seeing pictures before we went I thought we would need to climb into some crazy spots for the views but that wasn’t the case at all!

Awesome and stroller friendly!

Soooo beautiful! I had a great time.

So beautiful. Park in the Nothtrailhead Parking lot and cross the street to start the trail. :) if you start on the right, you'll come out on the left and vice versa. follow some of the recordings.

Very pretty hike. The entire trail is paved and fairly flat. One of the easiest and prettiest hikes in the Garden of The Gods. If you're lucky you might see some rock climbers scaling the beautiful red cliffs! Water fountains and bathrooms located at the trail head.

Beautiful hike, very easy. Did it with my 63 year old parents who really loved the views. There are stairs and a hand railing for the majority of the hike

Very easy hike. Not really for a workout, or you need to trail run it. We started out on this loop which takes you around the Garden of Gods, then halfway we cut through the inner circle which brings you closer to the rocks. Definitely worth creating your own paths of the different trails that take you around and through the Garden of Gods

Easy hike with lots of varied green views and close to the city!

The entire Garden of the Gods Park is 5 Stars.
All the trails are easy and there are a few rocks to climb should you choose.

Perfect way to spend half a day or so.
Recommend getting to Balanced Rock early if you plan to take pictures.
