awesome place to walk and spend time with family , love the ocean too. awesome place to be

This was the first physical activity I had done in 6 months, upon walking..I was exhausted and felt like I was going to pass out, it is not an easy trail. But it was well worth it! Even after sunset and close to dark it was so stunning.
There are roots and small rocks scattered around, so it’s a good idea to bring sneakers with grippy soles or hiking boots. You definitely have to watch your step.

Quite the scenic walk in autumn. It’s closed for the season, but definitely worth checking out!

Fun experience! Just be aware that it’s closing down for season on October 13th.

Very nice and beautiful

Stunning Views follow this fairly rigorous hike. Plenty of friendly folks on our way up and down the trail.

Such a peaceful place. Trails are easy to moderate. Fall views of the foliage is beautiful!

This was a really nice little walk. This is a very claiming walk.

I think this a moderate to hard trail. lots if trails to access different areas of the mountain side. Each has their own level of difficulty. well worth the effort for the views. Gorgeous!

The views are well worth it!

beautiful scenery and very easy hike

such a neat place. great for nature/science lovers

Great beautiful hike!!

Tons of hiking options here. Great trail network. impressive views!

This is a terrific trail for my whole family. it's is beautiful and we'll kept. the blazes are frequent and it was great practice for my little ones to watch for and follow the blazes.

Went up with 3 adults and 5 kids. It was a great hike with a rewarding view at the top. Some steep areas, but if you take your time is no big deal. Plenty of rocks and roots so make sure to wear appropriate shoes. We will definitely be going here again!

The trails were very well maintained. My favorites were the ravine and pond trail. The ravine takes you into the woods. There are lots of chipmunk, squirrel, and bird sight and sounds. The Pond trail takes you along the fields pond. There are places to swim as well as boat/kayak. I will be returning in the fall to take the hikes as the leaves change.

Once in the parking lot there are no signs. a lot of the reviews say that it's just an access road to a tower, and all though this is still an awesome view, its also only one peak. In the parking lot walking over to that access road, if you get yourself so that that dort access road going up the mountain is on your left, there is a trail straight ahead of you (maybe slightly to the right). This is a fun, steep trail, short hike with a phenomenal view!

This city slicker forgot her bug spray and was covered with mosquitoes almost immediately. I turned around after 5 minutes and drove to Hudson to buy some Off. I returned fully shielded from those suckers and enjoyed a quick hike from Gate 1 to the pond via the dirt road and returned via Pond Trail. Stopped at the latrine which was clean and stocked with TP and hand sanitizer. A nice variety of well-marked paved, gravel, and rugged trails. It was a weekday morning and I didn’t see another person. Peaceful and easy to get around.

This trail was harder than I had expected. It’s pretty steep with lots of rocks and roots on the trail. On my way down (after having to literally jump off boulders) I saw a family wearing flip flops, sneakers or hiking shoes are definitely required here! Besides it being a challenge, this trail is really fun. I went after a few days of rain so there were a variety of mushrooms around. There were also wild blueberries at the top so I enjoyed some of those. It was rainy that morning so the rocks at the top were wet, it was hard to navigate so we took our time.

Great hike, took 4 kids and they rocked it. Uphill right from the start but the view is one of the best!

Great views once you get to the top of what seems like an old gravel road. I’m guessing you could actually drive up since we seen a truck do it while we were there

Plenty of parking. Short trail with a great view. Make sure to find the monument for the child who died in the 1800's. The view is spectacular.

Nice easy walk through the bog

I’m giving this 4 stars because the hike up, while it is a good workout & single trail is well maintained, has no real scenic value, and the cell tower at the top is an eyesore.
At the top though, the views are a magnificent panorama, making it a very worthwhile hike! The whole thing, including a hefty pic session, took about 3 hrs

This hike offers the most stunning views I've seencin Camden so far. It's a but intense, make sure you bring water.
Signs for it are a bit lacking while hiking though.

One of my favorite places to hike early in the morning. The peak offers a beautiful place to sit and think, read, exercise, or meditate. A hike I will do over and over again.

Stunning view and in memory of the girl who lost her life there R.I.P
