Great little trail. Went in the afternoon around 4:00. Just a few people around. Found the heart rock too even though it’s not marked. Joshua Tree is such a unique place.
Last trail for the day. Quick and easy walk, cactus and flowers are blooming!
Trail overall is easy to follow. There are some parts we couldn’t tell but just try not to step on any plants when guessing the route. It’s mostly dirt, big rocks, and little pebbles along the route. Family friendly.
Easy lil’ loop. The arch is great and there’s lots of spots to climb and explore. Busy as expected and just about nobody had a mask on, but it is what it is.
Very busy. Lucky to get a photo of the arch with no one standing in it.
Went at sunset, was easy to find, and a beautiful arch. Not crowded when I went, but just a few photoshoots going on.
Awesome views! Great spot to eat lunch if you post up on a rock. If you look to the right there is a mountain that has a trail you can take to the top! The trail entrance is not marked but is easily visible. Steep in a few spots but so worth the view!
Such a cool spot! Has a few little bridges which make it fun. We compared it to walking through a pumpkin patch!
A true pleasure. The beginning of the trail is out in the Joshua tree forest, exposed and not too thrilling but once amongst the boulders and rock formations it feels like a movie set. The scrambling was a blast as well. We did it out and back and we’re absolutely wiped by the end. One of my all time favorite hikes.
Must do to watch the sunrise, get there on the early side to ensure you get a parking spot.
Short easy little trail to a small rock arch. Tons of people having photo shoots which is a little distracting.
Awesome sunrise at the Arch rock. A very popular spot do get there early. Then walked up the hill diagonally to the left of the arch rock to find the heart rock. Overall, awesome hike!
Watching the Chollas come alive at sunrise is truly magical. I highly recommend visiting this trail from dusk to sunrise to fully appreciate the beauty of this garden. Hikes 4/7/2021.
We saw multiple people but it wasn't super crowded. It was a really fun hike, recommend it!
Pretty but far from my favorite trail in Joshua Tree. Crowded, not a ton to see, and most of the trail is right by the road. The arch rock is cool, but there are definitely better spots to enjoy the beauty of Joshua Tree.
Hot but good bouldering
Amazing views overlooking Palm Springs and beyond. The area makes for an easy walk that is dog-friendly. Parking was a breeze. Completed on 3/20/21.
Completed on 3/20/21. Extremely crowded but nice views. Not everyone was wearing their masks.
Flat and easy walk with great views of the cacti. Completed on 3/20/21.

Awesome little trail. Great for trail running too.
Amazing.
