Pretty trail in winter.

We made the hike Christmas Day, just before a family dinner. Very nice family hike. It is a little steep but not too bad. The youngsters of our group had no problems, but some of the seventy year olds needed a very short break about three quarters of the way up. There was a lot of water, so the falls look great, and very much worth the hike. Once you get to he falls, you are very close to them. That is great for looking at them but not for picture taking. My 70mm lense could not focus on the falls because we were too close. Would do the hike again in a heart beat.

Short and sweet! Easy walk to the bottom of the falls.

Really fast if you know what you are doing.

Was quick and easy... nice view!

Easy hike. Great views of the lake. trailhead is confusing. There are informational signs and following those isn't the same trail as the app. The app has you following a trail, but theres no trailhead marker. The trails connect forming a loop.

Great walk with the dogs. The trails can get a a bit narrow due to mountain bikes. The three stars is mostly because there are many paths to follow and there are no clear signs. Also, there is a section that has a field of some kind of spikey plant. If you avoid that area and are okay taking any path it’s a really great walk.

Really beautiful views. A bit run down. Some good information is posted about the history.

very nice short hike. watefall is gorgeous. we did it in December an still has a lot of water. after a couple of feets if starting there are two options, dirt trail on the right is shorter but a little narrwo on some spots but still ok for children. path on the left towards the houses also take you to the waterfall but trail is a little longer and stiff.

beautiful fall. very short and worth doing with kids

not really a hike but a short walk but worth stopping and checking specially if you have little kids as we do. they loved it. we did it on December and it was impressive. the little creek was frozen adding additiona attractive

Good trail running...

Hard not to give every hike in Yosemite 5 stars, this is a super easy short hike but great to see lower Yosemite falls, we did this back in October so the falls were just a trickle but beautiful regardless

Make sure you rock scramble to the left of the Falls. There you can get away from some the crowds as well as see the Yosemite waterfall pool at the bottom. It’s a perfect snack or picnic stop with the mist hitting you.

Awesome views! Great for kids! Well maintained. Clearly marked, with lots of informational signs about the local wildlife along the way.

We didn't park at the correct trail head so we added an extra mile but besides that, the trail is paved and very beautiful. It just rained this morning (dec 18th) so the flow was strong!

Bring bug spray

Great day with the family. Plenty of places to go and things to see. Lighthouse, trails, Mammal research Center...and the view!

Not much of a hike but the view of the falls is stellar. Parking lot fills up quickly so plan a very early trip. Stop by tunnel view afterwards just up the road

We walked this trail back in July. It was a pretty quick walk so we decided to go off the regular trail. We went over the rocks and right up to the falls. It was still flowing in July.

easy hiking, great for kids, accessible. a couple points to go down to tidepools.

First of all, this was a very short hike. The cave floor is full of broken glass so don't go bare foot. The cave has some graffiti. Could not climb down due to tide. When you reach the fork roughly half way, go LEFT. Nice hike to take someone new.

Magical, went all the way to the top, where the waterfall hits the ground, pure heaven ☺️

Bridalveil Falls trail, Yosemite. Water still falling in November when some of the other Yosemite Falls have dried up. Beautiful, ethereal, don’t miss it. I’ll be coming back in late spring.
