Well great hike. From rattlesnake to Crawford lake. 13.54 km. But I forgot to turn off the app on the way to dinner. Oooops!

We started early just stopped raining a couple of hours ago. It made no difference, it was an easy hike, yes with some very muddy places between rattlesnake and Crawford lake on the orange trail. But nothing anyone would cry over. At some points we thought the mud would have eaten our boots. It was just so funny. We did the board walk trail around the lake. It was so nice to hear laughing and giggling all the way to the other side.
We had lunch and a good break at the visitors area at Crawford centre and we were ready for the return hike.
Lots of people everywhere, nice to see families even with strollers which I wouldn’t recommend, but everyone was having fun. At the end skies cleared and were amazing spots for photos.

A good hike from Crawford lake to Rattlesnake point and back

Terrain is moderate to easy with many vistas to stop along the way and enjoy the views below. Very impressed with the layout of the connecting trails so just follow the markings and letters.

Loved hiking it during fall and seeing the beautiful autumn leaves. What a pretty hike.

Nice trail easy

Well marked very pretty
Felt safe
Plenty look outs

A great trail for an afternoon hike in nature. Close to 5th line road so you can hear a bit of traffic. Check out the limestone if the weather is good and dry - - there’s a ladder that leads to the bottom of the “caves” of limestones that crack out of the earth. Watch for roots!

Great hike with signs all the way along. It took us 4,5 hours with a good pace. For sure the terrain is good for kids too. There is loads of wonderful views and to our surprise it was great for walk even in mid of October!

Great nature trail.

Great trail. Took us 5.5 hours. Could have done it quicker but you have to take advantage of the lookout views in the fall. We were fortunate the weather was unusually warm in the middle of October. Even took a dip in the c-c-c-cold Georgian Bay. Well worth it

Fantastic hiking tails and viewpoints!

very nice trail with all different types of terrain to make it more challenging. A little too busy for my liking on the weekends. great scenic views.

Great trail. Great views of Georgain bay. The trail is well marked in most places.
We hike the full loop, it took us 4.5 hrs. We moved at a good pace but I wouldn't say we were speeding through. We briefly stopped at the lookout and continued on.

Lots to explore. It's a short run but allow yourself time to navigate the rock narrows. Definitely slippery over the rocks and lots of roots to trip on. Take your time and pick up your feet.

Fun short hike with rocky terrain at the hole in the wall section. old kiln and ammunitions storage makes it interesting. I like the stone arch where you cross over the river.

small hike that makes going along the Bruce Section of Limehouse into a lovely small loop.

It was overgrown and impassible. I walked down about 800m from where the trail starts and gave up. The trail is really poorly maintained.

We completed the entire loop in 6 1/2 hours and this was hauling a** with only short breaks along the way. Bring your bathing suit to so can go for a dip once you reach the rock beach. The trail is not overly difficult but lots of elevation change. We found the rocks to be very slippery. Bring lots of water, we only brought 2 bottles each and could of used 4 each. it was definitely a work out and we were very exhausted by the end but it was worth it.

Great trail. Some parts allows for an easy option and a moderate option. Moderate option provided lots of different elevations and terrains. Decent look out views, buildings in the distance we're visible from top of cliffs

This is a fantastic hike but it is quite challenging. My wife and I did the entire loop and thoroughly enjoyed the scenic views all along the way. However, it took us 6 hours, we also had a 2-1/2 year old on our backs practically the whole time. He only ended up walking maybe 2km out of the entire 17km trail. We’re pretty avid hikers and we both work out several times a week. Both of us were quite sore after this trail as it is fairly rugged. If you’re going to hike the entire loop be prepared for a long day and bring plenty of water and food.

Gps took you to a golf course, there is a small pathway that leads you up the trail but you can park on the side of the road. Otherwise you can start from hilton falls, if you don't want to hike through hilton falls trails again in order to reach this trail, after parking, walk directly to the east, following the hydro lines. The footpath leads you directly to the start of the trail, rather than looping around the reservoir to find the trail starting point. There are no trespassing signs along the way but don't worry it doesn't apply to people simply hiking the trail.

Really good trail and the view of the cliff was beautiful!!!

been on this trail many times. love it. wish it could be longer

Beautiful trail. The view over the cliffs is breathtaking.

Not the most scenic trail until you reach the edge and it’s the most scenic.

Nice variety in the scenery and a bunch of trails to choose from. Our first hike we used their trail map, not the GPS, and found out way through the common trails relatively easily. Views are great and lots of other amenities/activities within the conservation area.

Lots of fun.

Absolutely beautiful! Be careful after a rain as it can be muddy and slippery. Trails are perfectly marked. Many lookout points along the escarpment. Stunning views. Quiet early in the morning but gets busy.
