One, not what i thought it would be. Two don’t go in august, barely seeping water.

A small cave and a small waterfall. Interesting but not must go.

Not really worth the hike in the summer...there was a trickle though. The mossy cave was still mossy. The best part was dipping our feet in the cold water.

Cant wait for cooler weather to do this one again. Got a lil freaked out by the rattlesnake sighting. but the views are wonderful!

Easy and interesting. Drove along Camino Cielo afterwards. Perfect for an after work outing

Easy trail for small children. Approximately one mile round trip. The waterfall is worth it.

This is a relatively easy and very gorgeous hike. The first 2/3 is pretty flat, and goes through a Joshua Tree forest. The last part is on a moderately steep incline and takes you up to a great view of the Cima Dome. The view at the top is definitely worth the work to get there! If you have a limited amount of time in MNP this is a great hike for the list-easy to get to, pretty quick (a couple hours tops), and fantastic scenery

The trail to the waterfall is not actually closed: there are two « closed » signs, but on the older versions of the trail that got eroded. There is a new one with a tiny wooden bridge on the left of the older ones. That said, be careful, erosion is still at work, and the new trail will be closed one day too...

Nice short hike. But the trail to the waterfall is currently closed.

Nice short hike, a little steep. Cave is kind of a let down but the river and waterfall are worth it

We loved this little place. The trail is easy enough for a wheelchair or a stroller for most/all of it. The cave is more like an overhang, but still fun. The waterfall is the best part. It's refreshing and great to take picture with!

This was a beautiful hike. The desert scenery is remarkable, and the trail is well kept and easy to follow.

Easy walk down to the beach. You can book to camp there too. Finding parking on top was a pain since there’s very limited space. There was no swing when I went.

This was a great starter for small children. The ruins make it feel like an adventure and the views are fantastic.

Nice little hike. Waterfall is great to see. Popular.

Amazing! Don't miss this small hike. will recommend this one for anyone that comes here.

Not much of a hike but a very cool view.

Easy and fun hike for the kids. Beautiful view.

The most amazing views! Walking down is the easy part because it’s all downhill but going back up is a little more challenging! I would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Got back today. The weather was great and the meadows were still very green! Worth the trip, especially in June!

For a one mile hike, you get a lot of bang for your buck. The waterfall was beautiful, we saw it from the top and hiked down into it. The background of the hoodoos and arches is a nice contrast to the clear water.

Short walk to great views.

This is a unique place for photos which is off the "trail".  There is a trail to the right of the cliffs but it seemed like a long trail despite the literature saying it was only 1 mile roundtrip.  Since the birds of prey were breeding I was a little hesistant to walk too far since the trail also combines into Nightmare Gulch.

Beautiful views, perfect spot to watch the sunset!

fun and easy "hike", it's really walking down a dirt road to the castle. The views of the horizon from the castle are amazing. I would def do it again, but be warned it is easy and super short.
