This trail was so stunning. I highly recommend it! You should definitely rent the gear to do the hike (pants, shoes, stick, etc), but it wasn’t a very difficult hike overall.

This was a beautiful trail! There are some narrow parts with a steep drop-off which some people might not like, but those parts are brief and the view at the end is one of the best we’ve seen in Zion. We also saw some goats on the way back!

A good, short hike with several nice viewpoints. Would recommend Fairyland instead if you have more time, but this is a nice hike for those on more of a time crunch. Had fresh snow when we started today (4/17) so was slick / icy in some spots and muddy in others, so would recommend hiking poles.

Thursday, April 15,2021 Garmin logged 6.87mi and 518’ at 4h48m Beautiful day on this trail. Slightly crowded but most wore masks and you can still stay distant from others. A combination of kids and older folks, making it great for a family trip. I rented a full bib and highly recommend that. The water was more than waist deep in some places. I wore just a t-shirt and it was a little windy at times but I was fine. Many wore jackets. You are in the shade about 90% of the time and it is much cooler inside the canyon. The way back is also way quicker - it flew by! The walking stick that comes with your bib package is a necessity. Some people wore shorts and chackos - I think this would work well in the summer but in this season I’d be prepared to be cold and risking your toes a lot on the slippery rock in high water. I didn’t do the full narrows due to time but did the offshoot canyon at the fork and it was so quiet and beautiful!
