I hope it opens back up soon. I hiked it in June of 2017. This is one of my favorite short hikes I’ve done.

Angel's Landing is a great hike, but start out early to avoid the large crowds. The trail can get backed up with people which can lead to gridlock. I went as far as the chains, but the gusty winds stopped me from going to the spine. This trail seemed easier than Observation Point which I had done a few days earlier.

Great way to see the canyon as a whole. Start at sunset point for a slight drop in elevation along the route

Be sure to go down through queens garden then up Wall Street. In the summer queens garden is fully exposed to the sun and no fun to go up while going up wall street is primarily shaded

Going up/down the chains was fun — but not for those with a fear of heights. Did it later in the day so there was less waiting on the way down.

All switchbacks. Those with a fear of heights may have difficulty at the top. Chains for the majority of the top, but a few spots where there are none, which makes for a more interesting time. Solid hike and not very far at all. Poles may have helped the knees on the descent.

I see this trail as the signature hike in Bryce Canyon. We started the hike at the general store and hiked counter-clockwise. This hike lets you get up close and personal with the hoodoos. It's amazing to stand right in front of a hoodoo and look up. On the strenuous scale I would rate the hike a 7 out of 10. The trail had no steep climbs but a lot of ups and downs. The only drawback we had was the mud near the general store and Fairyland Point. Overall a great hike.

This hike is amazing! You get awesome views, a great workout, and some adrenaline with the drop offs :). We just hiked it yesterday. It was a Saturday and UEA weekend in Utah so I knew it would be busy. We got there by 6:50 to catch the first shuttle. We actually didn’t make the first shuttle but waited 10 minutes and caught the second. The hike took us 2.5 hours but we kept a good pace. Going up was great and not many people. Coming back down, the people started coming and we were slowed a bit. The weather in the fall is perfect. We started a little chilly but were just right with a light jacket the rest of the way. By the time we got back to our cars around 11, the line for a shuttle was probably a two hour wait so get there early if you want to avoid the crowds.

Amazing trail! it's mostly paves until you get to the overlook. Be prepared for a lot of switchbacks. Another trail that you should get there early to beat the crowds, especially if you do the part with the chains. I'm afraid of heights and I was able to do the chains part, just go slow and focus on your steps, it's totally worth it to go to the end. My GPS said the trail is longer than 4.1 miles but who knows.

Amazing views and a really fun hike. There was a grid lock on the end part at angels landing where people couldn’t move for twenty minutes!

This was a mostly level hike up a stream bed. There was only a small stream in October, but without waterproof hiking shoes, feet would still have been wet! Great, rewarding and relaxing hike; lots of slot canyons, two waterfalls, and wonderful fall foliage.

Breathtakingly beautiful! Fairly intense. The peak is not for those afraid of heights. However, Hiking to the first saddle is a must do even for the faint and fearful hearted.

Definitely a tough trail, but worth the effort. Took us just under 4 hours.

The views are spectacular, but the crowds are not. On the final ascent, be prepared to wait in a queue line up a precipitous ridge. Impatient people will climb around you and put you at risk.

The hike was beautiful! The water was very cold!

Definitely go counterclickwise as Fairyland is lower than Sunrise. And leave a vehicle at Fairyland as the shuttle doesn't stop there. The trail between Tower Bridge and Fairyland is awesome. We walked it in the afternoon and saw hoodos that looked translucent because of reflections off the rocks. We made the mistake of thinking the shuttle stopped at Fairyland, but some very nice people have us a lift back, so we didn't need to walk yet another 2 mi. While Alltrails lists this as hard, it really is just longer than most of the moderately rated trails. Not as crowded as Queens Garden and Navajo, so peaceful.

Low visibility throughout the canyon. Started at Bryce point. Great views when the the sun poked through!

I’m glad we came down through Wall Street on the Navajo Loop as it met up with the Queen’s Garden Loop. Others were coming from the other direction and I thought the switchbacks and entrance to Wall Street was more majestic coming down onto it instead of coming up it.

Popular trail with amazing views. Get an early start to beat the crowds!

Nice short hike in Zion National Park. My GPS read 3.7 after the round trip. It was fairly busy, but not like some of the other trails in Zion. I was a little surprised by the traffic level being that it is so close to the visitor center. Good views from the top, and we did the loop around the mesa.

The best of Bryce Canyon... We only did half the hike due to limited daylight. This is a nice hike but WHAT an incredible Nat’l Park to begin with- so unique! Went in April, still snow there but the weather was great for a moderate hike. The hoodoos can get repetitive and sometimes you’ve gotta really stretch to find what your looking for (the queen) but it’s fun to do along the way.

Awesome hike with spectacular views!

Just hiked Angels Landing last week and it’s everything that everyone says about it and then some!! Be ready for nothing but adventure!!

Great hike!

Best hike ever, there are stops on the way for taking in the view. Intense but oh so worth it.

We did it Friday, 9/21 after winning the lottery permit drawing. It was bit cold and challenging but rewarding. Beautiful landscapes inside the canyons.

Best hike ever!! Short and intense! It’s a lot more intimidating than it looks. Once you’re on the trail holding on to chains, you will realize it’s not as scary as it looks.

Absolutely incredible. Easily the best hike of my life. I wussed out on the final ascent and still loved it.

Short, relatively easy hike but great views along the way. Left the visitor center at 5pm and was back by 6:45. Also saw 2 big horn sheep at the top near the scenic loop!

Amazing hike but if want to avoid the urbanites get an early start or take a bike on a late shuttle.
