beautiful scenery and a lot to explore and see. I'd rate this as more moderate but there a quite a few stairs and inclines. Paths are marked and clear.

This trail is a true hidden gem. one of the prettiest in Indiana.

easy walking

Beautiful trail.

Did this hike with my four year old, a seven year old and 8 month old. We enjoyed it. The scenery is beautiful, and the loop connects to other hikes in the park. Easy hike, didn't see anyone else the entire time.

Beautiful park with nice views of wildlife and scenery. We went on a cloudy day so the beach was empty. The trail map given to us at the entrance had been copied many times it appeared so it was pretty much impossible to read. The trails are not marked well and at times we had no idea where we were. Regardless of all that it’s a beautiful area and I will return. One more thing is they need to clean up some of the trash on the trails from losers who leave cans and bottles. Sad.
A little TLC and this park would be 5 stars.

The whole 12.8 was open today and was an enjoyable hike. It’s a lot sandier than I expected so it’s a good idea to wear ankle socks or even gaiters if you’re intense! The trail is mostly flat but there are some small, exciting elevation changes within 2 miles of battleground. Bathroom and water stops accessible along the way.

Second time doing this trail. There were three trees down when i went to be prepared to walk/climb over them if you go within the next week or so. I love the scenery of this hike. Very easy but can be made more difficult by going off trail.

Trail is very easy. Intersects with a lot of other trails in and around Delphi Indiana. Also runs through the Canal Park which features an interactive Museum about the Wabash and Erie Canal.

Great Trail to find your stride and keeps you on your toes.

Stairs were a little rough at the start but loved looking at all the birds and flowers.

Great trail with some good views! With the exception of climbing over two 4-5 foot rock bluffs and one steep downhill climb the rest of the trail was moderate.

We went for the day with our two dogs. We all loved it and great trails and beautiful views. We went swimming at the beach as well at the waterfall. The only down side was it was super busy at the beach and the waterfall, but the trails were pretty empty. They are a little over grown too. Overall experience was great though.

This was a great hike! Would definitely go back.

great little trail with interesting views. South trail not so much

Easy trail but kind of boring

short trail but very pretty!

Nice short flat trail neat town and road near river. Litter was something that I picked up but it is a nice trail

Beautiful trail with part of it that runs along the beach.

I love this trail! It’s a beautiful bit of Indiana.

Absolutely love this trail! I do this one almost every week when it’s nice!! ❤️

nice short trail

Just came off trail and it was fantastic. One of my new favorite places. A must see. It just rained two days ago and the water in the creeks was running fast something to definitely see and do. Going back tomorrow and adding in a couple shades trails.

Trail 1 is beautiful and not as busy as the popular trail 3. It’s a nice hike to take 1 to 2 to 4 across the covered bridge.

So much beauty. This first nature preserve in Indiana gives us all a glimpse into what the forest should look like. The other areas: Devil's Backbone, Honeycomb Rock, The Slide, etc. are amazing. This is one of my favorite hikes in the state of Indiana.

Nice little trail. river, falls path and all are nice for a short getaway

Enjoyed the near pristine woods with huge trees. A lot of the trail along a creek. Muddy spots even in late Oct! Hiked from Battleground to Davis Ferry.
