It was a pretty walk but the farther you went, the trail just followed the road so it wasn’t that interesting and saw everything we did driving in. No too difficult of a trail to walk

Very simple and two very big red woods to see. Easy hike and a nice walk

I’m 50/50 between describing this trail as a hike vs a walk. Regardless, the trail was gorgeous and we had a great time. We ended up doing the full loop, hiking about 5.3 miles in around 3 hours. This was my first experience hiking through Redwoods and this trail didn’t disappoint. The stretch driving from Saratoga to the park headquarters was also a bit of fun. Would definitely go back.

Biked this trail. Loved it. There is a bike lane for about 1/3 of the trip (along the coast line), but no lanes around the residential areas. There are beautiful homes and some good “hilly” portions (clocked 30 mph coasting down one). Be aware and present on this trail.
There is a “half-way” point with restrooms, a market, restaurants, shopping, etc- and a good “over-look” platform with a gorgeous view of the rocky bay.

super easy and beautiful views!

Beautiful scenery, easy hike but with some rocks here and there if you want to climb (a little).

Breathtaking views!

Beautiful views; lots of people.

Went out with the family To begin 2019 with a fresh start, especially with family. We had a wonderful time there were so many places to wander off the trail even though the trail essentially is a loop. It was a pleasure to be able to see it all the humpback whales, as well as the sea lions and otters. We planned the trip by going to Erik deli which happened to stay with us the entire trip, but drink plenty of water. And there are guide for longer true but you also have to be careful to not get so involved with looking ahead because you’ll end up tripping there are many holes and rocks that you could end up falling. However I will say it was one of the best hikes I’ve had in the month of January. I hope you enjoy, And the children will enjoy this as well. There are tons of babies along with strollers all around although I don’t know how they carry them. But if it’s possible you guys enjoy

Very short, very easy walk that brought you to some amazing trees.

Definitely an interesting hike. Tree lovers will enjoy this trail. Slippery rock can be very....slippery as the name suggests, so casual wear like sneakers are not recommended. Imo the waterfall is okay. The atmosphere is great.

Love the views, hiking around the park is a good workout on easy to moderate trails. Go early to beat the crowds and park outside the park and walk in to avoid a parking fee.

Beautiful trail - one of my favorites. It's short, easy, and simply gorgeous. We stopped for a lot of photos. I wouldn't bring my little ones here though, especially for the ones who don't want to stay on track because the edges are high and steep.

Very calm and tranquil hike. Feels like a peaceful place throughout. Only disappointment was the semperviren falls. I wouldn't call it a waterfall. It is just a small drip of water falling off a rock. The entire height of the fall is about 5 or 6 meters only

Fantastic walk. Good path. Stellar views.

Amazing!!!

Very short and easy hike. Large walking space. Great views of the redwoods! Mother and father redwoods are along this trail.

I'll admit I was unsure of the trails quality for the first half of the detoured loop, a detour because a good third of the stated loop is rendered unhike-able. Once we reached the waterfalls, though, wow. After the waterfall (moving counter-clock) you reach the trail's maximum elevation where the terrain shifts suddenly from the damp redwood covered valley floor to dry granite ridges.

Nature rocks.

Absolutely fun hike. A must for anyone with an itch for nature and to escape.
