Amazing relatively easy hike!
Awesome and majestic. Vistas galore.
Nice easy hike with lots of cool things to see! You get the chance to climb up into the house! No dogs, but would recommend.
Beautiful
Great trail, very dusty and awesome views!
Amazing hike, amazing views!
Really cool place to see cliff dwellings and be able to go inside them! The ladders up to the Alcove House are going to be a little unnerving for anyone with a fear of heights. And if you aren't used to elevation they're likely to be a bit tiring. That being said, absolutely worth it. And everyone was masked up.
More of a walk than a hike. Lots of historical Pueblo artifacts to see.
son and husband completed this, they said it was worth it. easy hike, but there will be climbing of a ladder at the house.
Really cool hike with petroglyphs! Amazing views of the mesas and mountains. Definitely bring water, more than you think you need for a short hike since there is almost no shade and it is the desert. Totally worth it! Most people wore masks.
great trail. Not too difficult. The biggest challenge is the narrow channel cut through the rock that make it harder to walk through (see pictures). The ruins on the trail are amazing and there are bits of pottery throughout the loop.
People told me it was in ruins but it looked good
Easy trail. A lot of people.
Well maintained trail, level throughout. Most of small loop is paved.
The trail is easy, short, and very well maintained. Views are incredible.
one of my favorites for the dwellings
Easy dirt road. 4 ladders to climb to the top. Nice views all along the way. Amazing look into what another society had accomplished. All the ladders are very stable and bolted into the rock. Ladder climbs are short to medium, some narrow walkways at the top but all with rails, so fun and very safe.
Cool hike that was pretty easy overall. Used the Bandelier National Monument parking pass. Couple ladder sections that were fine for my wife and I (moderate hikers). Didn’t see many birds. Not many people in the afternoon on a Tuesday.
amazing!
super cool
