shaded trees and water trails. lots of trails to walk around.

The hike was to easy for me, but still enjoyed swimming in the Creek and taking in the scenery. Wont be back for hiking though.

Loved it! Short trails with relaxing creek scenery and beautiful park. I even saw 4 friendly deer during my run!

It was amazing

Awesome trail for beginners. Lots of varying terrain including nice stretches of open, moderately roller coasteresqe hardpack with manageable but challenging (for begginers) semi sharp turns/switchbacks and steep rocky/rooted inclines/declines. The guide indicates a 1.3 mile trail but it's considerably more with all of the interconnected sidetrails of which their are quite a few. This will be my go to trail until I'm ready for the more technically difficult challenge of Brushy Creek (where I spent half of my time pushing my bike/or on the ground).

Hit this trail again, hiking this time. It was really, really muddy at the bottom by the creek, but the rest was solid. There are just enough major forks in this trail system to give you a sense of exploration and adventure, but nothing so bad that you'll get lost, because every major fork leads you back to the neighborhood.

No water fountains, rest rooms, doggy-bag stations, etc. I think there's one bench near the beginning of the trail, and that's it. But don't let this deter you, it's a fun trail, and hey, it's like, 99% shaded.

Beautiful, natural scenery. Mountain bike trails range from easy to difficult. Can be busy at times.

Love this walk in the woods.... scenic , creeks & elevation changes... the neighborhood did a great job with this park!

this was an amazing hidden gem, in austin, really beautiful views and trees, really shaded. My girls loved it to.

Great trail, not very technical for hiking but dog and family friendly. Lots of side trails to explore and wander. Watch for mountain bikers coming around corners but everyone courteous.

Lots of great options- I just let my dog lead the way and took several side trails. Lots of flat trails that are easy and lots of opportunity to get to the creek.

Fun mountain biking trail.

Very well maintained trail, with a creek along most of the way. I went on a Monday afternoon and didn’t see a single other person- my dog and I had the entire place to ourselves. A few creek crossings but well placed rocks keep you dry. Overall a simple, shady hike but you feel miles from anywhere.

nice neibourhood short trail.

I absolutely love this park. We come here once a week with the puppies. Great off leash trails leading to water and everyone is respectable to each other. there's a healthy mix of cyclists, dog walkers and hikers. it can either be as easy or challenging depending on which area you hike to. we have yet to get bored here...always some place new to explore.

Always fun

Great hiking. Some parts challenging to a beginner like me. But a fantastic work out. The wildlife is abundant.

Great place for a quick short hike if you don’t have a lot of time. Located within a neighborhood on the NW side of Austin.
Decent grade inclines, but overall pretty easy. Note that if you want to complete the loop, you actually have to exit the trail and walk a couple of blocks through a neighborhood to get to the next trailhead and get back on the trail.
Not a rough trail, but lots of creek crossings. I had waterproof hiking shoes on but was able to step on all the rocks and not get wet. But you never know when a foot might slip and you get a wet shoe and wet sock – and that’s no fun. Also, the steps on one of the crossings were spaced a little far apart. I’m tall so I was able to do it with no problem, but for people with shorter legs, your feet might get wet.
Really clean trail and well kept – very pretty scenery.

The park was fun but I was expecting more from the reviews however I did not Adventure all of the trails unfortunately, and I didn't have my pup and being an off the leash park I probably would have enjoyed it more with her. the only thing is parts reaked of dog feces and there was feces bags everywhere. idk if that was the rules and park clean up picks them up but I hated that aspect. the water was not clear where I went like the images depected on some pages. However if you are local it's a fun hike.

I wasn't aware to day was a holiday. There where a lot of people out there today! It's kinda cool to be running and jumping and ducking along the rocks and trees, and people look at you like you're nuts.

some parts are really nice and some parts are awful

Cool park. Lots of trails to get lost in. The dog thing. Some owners don’t keep them on a leash. Got nipped, scratched and jumped on and the owner was oblivious. Really do like the place itself though. The creek and cliffs can be really pretty.

Beautiful and a lot of low water crossings with perfectly placed rocks. Perfect for the dog or family.... pretty

Parked at Lakewood Dr parking lot. Found a way over the creek and then located a trail. Enjoyed the run to the falls and found a few geocaches.

I used WAZE to get to the trailhead and ended up at the wrong park. Hit directions on All Trails and went straight there.

Nice trail for a quick three miles. It had a few spots of crawling down some rocks but otherwise easy.

It was my first hike and it wasn’t to challenging defiantly manageable. The water made for a very pretty hike.

Nice trail. Easy to forget you are in Austin on most of it. There were a few times we had to cross a small stream so waterproof shoes and/or steady balance is a big plus

As usual, got a good workout and discovered new trails, new ways to run around and have fun. These Bull Creek trails, along with the Valburn trails, make for almost endless exploration and varying terrain.
