Great hike. Not to hilly, just long enough to do the trick. Cant’t wait to come back!

there are more bike trails than walking but I have fully explored all but two which are bike only paths. tons of great views and easy to navigate. my favorite park so far

Fun trail with wide paths.

Really enjoyed this trail. A number of nice elevation changes. Quite a bit of wildlife. Looking forward to running it again.

awesome hike!!! good views and we looped in with the AT. Not sure of the exact route we took but about a 12 loop. Steady inclines but nothing too extreme. Just now posting but we went in April and weather was perfect during the day for backpacking in the 50s at night and windy that high up at night

Great hike, clearly marked, more on the easy side, provides nice picnic spots

Nice wide trail. Mostly wooded. Small grades as well as short steam manageable hills. I travel a lot and wherever i go i turn on AllTrails to find new off road adventures and get in a good run.

This was an enjoyable run which i tried to do 5 miles in 50 minutes. Unfortunately, I got a little lost and ran 7 in 71 minutes.

This is also a horse trail so what out for the manure.

Wild horses and cattle

Great trail, but it does run parallel to a busy road at one point so you don’t get a complete separation from man-made noise.

We took our friends and dog up to the top on the ski lift and then hiked down the ski slope. It was a lot harder than we anticipated, but had a blast. Views at the top of SM are spectacular.

Hard to find actual trail. Hiked up the ski slope with my 10 year old and 16 year old and tried to find where trail curves to right. Found ourselves off trail several times until my 16 year old figured it out. (That $800 for Outward Bound paying off.) Nice view from the top except for the monstrous condo blocking view of Grandfather. Saw one other hiker who advised us that the other side of the loop down was steeper and overgrown. We went back the way we came, much faster than on the way up! Overall a fun and peaceful June hike.

Great trail! Red Top always has well marked trails. I've done this one many times with my pup.

Lots of up/downs & windy trails. Probably really fun for mountain biking

nice walking trail once you cross the bridge and turn right. didn't run into any bikers

This is a great loop trail. It's a fairly easy well maintained path. Nice views of the lake as you weave in and out of the beautiful hardwoods.

Best trail at Kennesaw Mtn!! Lots of gain in altitude over the 1.8 miles from the parking lot on Burnt Hickory to the top of Kennesaw Mtn. My family and I love the trail due to the natural terrain, which means there are parts not well marked so you need to pay attention.

Love this trail. Nicely shaded and peaceful. Not too many inclines, and most are gentle. Well marked with a lot to see. Not too crowded either.

Did something crazy and hiked every trail at Red Top one Sunday. This review will cover the entire experience. Well marked, nicely maintained, and surprisingly quiet considering how popular it is. The views were gorgeous and there is enough of a variety in the trails to really give you a workout. Great place to train for more strenuous hikes and events.

well kept and marked! I liked that there are spots on the trail that are on the water so my pup can cool off!

One of my favorite trails! Well maintained and full of beautiful views of the lake. There's a side trail towards the northeastern corner of the trail that leads down to a solitary bench right at the shore of the lake. Love to stop there, eat a snack, and enjoy the view of the lake!

Really nice, well-kept trail. I don't think it should be classified as "moderate"; it was pretty flat with the occasional gentle slope. It crosses the Lakeside trail too, if you'd like to see some beautiful views of the lake.

Well marked trail(s) and well taken care of. It’s more of an easy hike with a couple of inclines but all and all it’s a great trail to hike.

This is a mountain bike trail - so bikes should be respected at all times, and pedestrian traffic should be in the opposite direction. This is well marked at the start of the trailhead. That said, your best bet for hiking or trail running is very early or late in the day, so that you are not in the bikers way (because, after all, this is a biking trail first and foremost).

Great single track trail with a good variety of obstacles. Green, Blue, and Red sections loop - so you can add more distance to the walk as desired. Nothing really scenic - just a walk in the woods.

Great hike, quite scenic but also quite busy on the trail around the visitor’s center. A little bit of confusion at the top so maybe a few more trail markers but I would definitely recommend.

Near Iron Hill Trail. I like to run Iron Hill then hike this right after. A bit challenging at a few spots. Several spots to veer off and sit on small somewhat-secluded beaches and modest overlooks of the lake. Very nice scenery.

Took the kids and had a great time. Saw a few deer and that brought a huge smile and excitement to the kids. Walked this trail and a smaller 3/4 mile loop connected to this trail. Beautiful views of the lake. Lovely trail. I am not an avid hiker and agree with the “moderate” skill level.

Good trail to hike with inclines that are challenging though not too long. Many rocks make foot placement awareness a must! Hike on!!!
