Did this trail in Feb 2016.
Heading back in Feb 2019. :)

Some steep inclines on the final stretch but worth it. We did it with kids 3, 6 and 8, and they enjoyed the trail

Hard to follow the trail but our pup had a great off leash experience, which we were looking for (as allowed by the rules). We only hiked out about a mile but very much enjoyed the time. We had the place to ourselves in November. Very quiet yet close to Moab.

Beautiful hike. Challenging, but a lot of fun. The view up top is worth the fierce incline on the way up.

I did this amazing hike with my 12 & 13 year old boys. It took us a little over 2 hours. We loved all the rock scrambles and wrong turns. This is a must do hike in Arches

Well worth the effort! Fantastic views and surprised at every turn.

Probably the best hike (this and the loop in the north part with several arches). This is a clasic and a must-hike./walk

A nice little hike that includes all major arches. I suppose this is THE thing to do in arches NP. It wasn't always clear to me where the trail was, but nothing dramatic. There are a lot of people if you don't go too early, so it shouldn't be a problem.

This was a good, well trafficked hike. We completed this hike in early August and it was very hot. Make sure to bring plenty of water.

More moderate than hard - I’m carrying a fair bit of excess baggage and found this walk ok - defo 5 stars

Let me start off by saying that the scenery is absolutely beautiful: the water is clear, the turning aspens against the red cliffs are stunning. I only hiked 1.5 miles in because this trail is blatantly abused. The heavily trafficked trail with just-as-heavily trafficked off-shoots makes this trail crazy hard to follow. The effort by BLM is there (they have some postings on where the trail is supposed to lead you to), but I accidentally veered off trail so many times that I unintentionally was part of the problem. And the graffiti on the walls of the cliffs make me sick. And when I saw dog poop, a shoe, and a beer can in the same vicinity of the first waterfall, I decided I couldn’t continue further. This place is in dire need of restoration so when people post how fun it was to explore, what they’re really saying is that they had fun going off trail and stomping over the land not part of the trail (whether it be intentional or not). What a shame.

Must do easy hike for anyone, iconic. Great for kids (our 2 year old had no issues). If going for the “window turret photo” just know there is a bit of a scramble involved (see pics).

Great easy hike with pictographs along the way to a beautiful swimming hole. Water is best in summer months but the hike is great year round.

Great for kids and super short adventure hike for all. Slot canyons, Sand and towering arches. You’ll love it.

Best hike close to town. Awesome for off leash dogs. Great for hot weather because you cross the creek multiple times, ends at really nice waterfall. Leave no trace!

Absolutely amazing views from the arch! Take plenty of water. It was cloudy and 55 degrees and I still went through two bottles. I went early in the morning and was at the arch by 9. There were tons of people heading up on my way back down, so I recommend going early. Well worth the hike. This one is a must do!

The perfect place to go when your kids need a break. Largely shaded with sand to play in (we brought sand toys), it also has some fun places to explore and climb.

We went with our young kids in 65-70 degree weather. Perfect! The trail is awesome, with some parts like they were lifted from the set of an old western. Before going, we had our kids practice walking single file along an imaginary cliff edge. I'm glad we did for the last stretch by the drop off, because our usually rambunctious kids were well-behaved. The arch is amazing to see, but it's not the most kid-friendly point with drop offs all around. We stayed for about two minutes then turned back.

We went at sunset, and that might be overrated. I'm not sure it was different than any other time of day.

Beautiful and diverse scenery. Highly recommend for the adventurous traveler!

Great at dawn on a cold morning. Very inspiring place and a sure way to gain a love for this landscape!

This is a beautiful hike, especially in Fall. Some crossings are required so get your feet wet, and enjoy!

Moderate at most for avid hikers. Could be difficult at times for weekend hikers. Don’t let the difficult rating deter you. There are only a couple spots where you have to either climb or descend some slightly slippery rock faces. I did it counter clock wise in tennis shoes in about 2.5 hours. I wouldn’t say one direction is easier than the other. Beautiful and rewarding views!

Group of fairly fit 60-somethings made it up no problem. Great scenery on the way as well as the top. Lots of friendly weekend folks. Just one of multiple trails in Arches Nat’l Park.

This trail was amazing to crawl around on with a UTV. It was pretty challenging with many steep uphill and downhill slopes. Highly recommend with off road vehicle

Nice, moderate hike with huge pay-off. This is one of the most popular hikes in the park, but the trail is generally so wide that it didn’t really feel crowded until we got up to the area around there arch. Even then, we were all able to get solo pictures with the arch without much waiting. Went in the fall right at golden hour, the lighting was beautiful and the arch is really special.

Definitely a challenging hike! We did it clockwise - the first half (up to the double O arch) was well-marked, well-traveled, and not too tough. The second half, the primitive trail, had some very, very challenging parts, mainly a tiny ledge with sketchy hand holds. A LOT of people turned back there. Just know it exists, and be ready for it. There are no major arches on the primitive trail, but the winding canyon is really beautiful; it was worth doing for us (ages 62, 53, 26, 24). Pack in a lot of water - I packed in 2 liters on a fairly cold day and I was shocked I went through all of it.

Hiked with my 9 months old on my back and 6 years old boy last weekend . Awesome...

Strenuous hike but the views worth it

Beautiful hike ask most are in Utah. We loved this national park and hike. Here is the video on my hike.
