Hiking

This trail is amazing! I am absolutely terrified of heights and there is a section of the trail that seriously freaked me out but it’s so worth it. It’s a section of slick rock that’s on a fairly steep angle and then drops off a cliff. From the front it looks like a big cliff but for anyone else scared of heights, I promise that it isn’t! Once you get through it you can see that it’s like 10 feet down. Also, our dog handled the trail like a champ! Some reviewers feel that it’s too hot or difficult for dogs. Our dog is 20lbs and a foot tall and I had to help her get over a climb only once. As for it being too hot, we brought her water and she did great! Could not recommend this one enough.

Got there a good hour before sunset and lighting was awesome. To late and arch gets shadowed at base. Short hike some technical spots cable to hold on too and short ladder to climb. Very cool area at top. stopped half way back to watch sunset, super quiet and not many people.

Great morning hike. Little scrappy with the pup in two places but well worth it!

HikingGreat!

Overall easy hike. There was one section that was a little steep (30 feet at most). A rope is provided if you need extra assistance. The arch itself is very beautiful.

HikingGreat!No shade

Go clockwise, hitting Pinto arch first, to avoid the most people. The view from Pinto is arguably the best on the hike.

Hot! Bring plenty of water, hat, sunscreen! There isn’t much shade in this trail!

great trail; we got there around 9:30am and there were very few parking spots left on this Wed morning, although it is spring break so probably more people than average. Fun trail mostly on large smooth rocks, following green paint to mark the trail. There's a place where you can use a chain fence if you need for balance although my kids and I didn't use it, then closely after that there's another chain fence going vertically if needed, and there's carved out foot path in the stone; then climb a mini later; the views are amazing, there's echo's the kids enjoy; there's places to explore; highly recommend

spent over 3 hrs seeing all the arches and we didn't even dilly dally. plan to spend a good amount here of you want to see it all. definitely bring sunscreen as the only shade is under the arch (and it might be packed) and plenty of water. some incline and minor climbing but kids were able to do it. saw lots of dogs but please people i know it seems fun but it is wayyyy too hot and long, and even dangerous to bring the pups! leave them home in the cool!!

Absolutely worth the hike. Lots of people but plenty of space for the groups that come. One part requires a bit of an assisted climb but overall good for most gentle climbers! Can see Corona before assisted climb so still worth it if can’t get to arch itself.

Beautiful and fun! It’s labeled easy and is for the most part but there is some spots for scrambling

Great hike...make sure to hike out to Pinto Arch as well...has great views of the river. Corona was my 2nd fav vs Delicate Arch in the park.

Trail had nice views with a small but steep rock scramble and a interesting ladder. Don’t expect to be there alone, but the amount of people does not ruin the beauty of the arches.

One of our favorites in the area. Dogs are allowed but be advised they do need to crawl a ladder to get to the top of the arch.

Pretty easy hike with a few technical elements, a ladder and a small scramble. No masks at all and lots or tourists with poor trail etiquette.

Just outside of Moab this free hike offers a spectacular view of the valley below, and the Corona Arch is second only to Delicate Arch. Pets are allowed on the hike, and the ladder & chains to get to the area are rugged and Fun. I highly recommend this hike.
