Nice tail, amazing view all over being on top of the mountain or near the water.

we really enjoyed the hike, wonderful ocean views.

Great trail! Good challenge

This was a beautiful trail, but I wouldn’t rate it as easy. Depending on which way you took, the first part of the trail is flat. The second part has you walking over rocks and on a wooden boardwalk. Would not recommend that section on a wet day.

This was such a fun hike to take our time on. The views were beautiful and the trail was well marked!

Walked up the Divide trail from the parking area to the top of South Bubble, then down the Bubbles Trail to Jordan pond. The descent from the Bubble is a little intimidating, but not overly difficult, and the views are well worth it (I can definitely see that having shorter legs might make it more difficult though).

Short hike with amazing views. There’s several options to follow for a longer hike. Lots of fun stretches over rock with ocean views.

Nice little trail along the waters edge. Not very hard or strenuous. A lot of the fun looking parts near the cliffs were closed off for habitat restoration. I can’t complain about that.

Wow! Incredible views, a bit difficult in places, but totally worth it!

Very nice level walk with some rocks & roots. Great views of Jordan’s pond and was not crowded on a weekday in early May.

Very easy but extremely beautiful, please respect the park rules ( no swimming) and stop at the restaurant after for some delicious pop overs, you'll thank me later!

I like how the website says that this is the #2 of 133 trails in Acadia, but that it is "lightly trafficked". It is pretty busy. Parking can be tough on the trailhead on the park loop road. I think the views are nice, but I know a lot of people who hate on this trail.

Very crowded. Don't even think about it for sunrise or sunset.

Great hike with some very nice views. Fun short hike for my 8, 11, 12 year olds as well as my wife and I. Take your camera for some very nice shots.

I hiked North Ridge Trail in college with my friend. Prior to hiking North Ridge Trail I had only done very short hikes. You have beautiful views of the ocean for most of the hike and the view from the top is wonderful. The top can get kind of crowded with all the people that drive up but I think the hike is something everyone should do! My other friend and I are planning to go this year!

Trail was well blazed, in great shape, not too difficult, and a ton of fun! We did the Cadallic Canyon route and that added a lot of value to the hike.

This was a great place to start for our first trip to Acadia. We came off season, so there were no crowds. Walking instead of driving the route allowed for many photo ops and for us to enjoy every bit of the scenery. However, I would not do this trail again on another trip back to Acadia.

A fairly challenging climb, I thought it was more difficult than The Beehive. Lots of short vertical climbs between horizontal ledges. Once you get to the top, the view is awesome, and there are a couple ledges you can have your picture taken sitting on that makes it look like you're dangling your legs over the edge.

Went with a large group that included kids age 6-16 and Grandparents age 71 & 76... so this hike can be done by all ages, hiking poles came in handy for the grandparents when we got to some areas of the trail, just used for balance more than anything. We had fog the day we went, so we couldn't even see across the lake the whole time we were there. We ended up going back another day just to be able to see the lake without the fog.

We did this hike with our 6 year old last October and loved it! Beautiful views and not too difficult for him. The hike back down has some fairly large rocks so I would definitely recommend hiking shoes!

Very easy relaxing trail. It's pretty all the way around. Loved it.

Great trail with fantastic views. We did this one in the winter, and it was a lot of fun. Our pup loved it, too. We didn’t use spikes at all. Enjoy!

If you are looking for impressive views or good exercise, Acadia has dozens of hikes that are better. If you have limited mobility and do not mind being surrounded by huge crowds, the walk is enjoyable, but to be clear, you can get the same views from so many other hikes in this gorgeous park.

Hiked this in 9/2016. Amazing views all the way up. Worth the effort.

Easy hike with great views around the pond. Boardwalk was a little slick, so extra traction may be required in icy spots.

I started at Jordan pond and ascended up south bubble to north bubble to Conor’s nubble and then started back via eagle lake trail and Jordan pond carry back to Jordan pond for a loop. Going up south bubble is pretty much straight up and for someone not use to hiking can be pretty challenging but after that summit the others are fairly easy. Great views of Jordan pond and eagle lake. I thought eagle lake trail would be more like Jordan pond trail but I was wrong. Definitely more rugged. But overall great hike

Love this trail! Not a very long hike but you get some really great views of sand beach and the beehive across the way.
