Not amazing but good hike for the spring when you can't do higher summits, nice view at the top. Crowded and a bit muddy. Trail is in bad shape in a few places due to traffic. All snow is melted (April 22nd). We did it in 3:30 including a good lunch break.

Nice waterfall but crowded.

Doing it again this weekend, last time was 2015 when I first visited BC. Loved it then! No need for snowshoes, well used and packed down apparently. Unless going further to Greendrop, which is less well trodden.

challenging..proper footwear is a must in snow..well worth the climb

Steep start of the hike, walking poles help! The views at the top are so worth while.

The hike was nice on the way to the top you will see about 5 different views. I did the hike in the snow it was fun but we underestimated it we took too long to finish it. When you go up in the snow get ready for some slippery rocks to step on.

I would call this hike hard for those who are not experienced hikers. However, we wanted to be thrown into a tougher environment. Lots of uphill. Great lookouts. Worth the hike. Pick up some sturdy hiking sticks along the way! It helped a lot!

Steep but short hike up to Lindeman (take polls if you have them). The autumn colours are lovely. Great place for a dip in the summertime.
Lots of boulder hopping to Greendrop. I personally found this lake less attractive so would stop at the far end of Lindeman next time.

A workout. That's all.

Went there two days ago and we could have not been more lucky with the weather especially in October. Trail can be quite steep at the top but levels out and the views are spectacular.

One of my favourites, Lindeman Lake is beautiful and worth the climb. A bit of a drive to get there and heavy traffic most days, though.

Beautiful views up top. Hike up is a bit boring view wise but the top makes up for it. 1 hour 5 mins up, 50 mins down. The first bit is steep but then it flattens out. Parking situation is super annoying. I got there at 1:40 and waited for 20 mins for someone to leave. Trail wasn't too busy though today. My puppy had a blast.

Most challenging of the 'Moderate' level hikes I have done to date. No groomed sections. Lots of rocks and roots and some tricky footing. Good workout with a steep first1.5-2k.

Good trail. Great views at the top

Nice hike. Worth it for your first time.

I love this trail! The lake at the top is so beautiful! Only downside I would say is the dirt is so dry right now it is a very slippery slope on the way down!

Beautiful lake and a varied, interesting hike. We enjoyed this short hike.

Easy transit access. The trail isn't exactly in amazing shape compared to it's neighbour, the Grouse. However it's easier in terms of steepness. Going down it is probably much more difficult (but not as tiring) It brings you to the same top as the Grouse so you have access to all the stores, events, restaurants etc. Decent trail at the end of the day, especially if you don't like loud busy trails and prefer to just enjoy nature!

A lot of incline and loose rocks and dirt - it's slippery so you're gonna wanna make sure you wear proper hiking boots and bring water. Though it does even out between sections and makes the hike not too difficult. The way down is a bit technical because of the loose debris and roots - take your time. Poles would be useful. Make sure you stop at all 4 lookouts before you hit the final bluff - they're gorgeous and it's a neat way to monitor the view during your climb.

Great alternative to the Grind. Don't tell anyone. It is about 20 minutes longer then the Grind; when you think you are at the top, there is still more to walk. The first half if the most intense and it levels out! !

Followed this trail up instead of doing The Grind. Pretty intense. You have to focus on where you're putting your feet a lot. Not really much of a view until you're actually at the top.

Great day hike. Nice lakes. No nice views or anything.

to busy at the top but other than that it's awesome. difficult as cardio. the trail is pretty straightforward. well marked.

Amazing alternative to the grind, which can be too overcrowded. Don't do it if you don't like a challenge. Grab some food when you get up there!

Easy trail from spectacular falls to another gorge. You know you are close when you hear the bungee jumpers screaming!

This is a very steep trail only those who have hiked quite a bit to do this. It's not for beginners

it was nice hike, you need a proper footwear.

A beautiful day and hike. Would have been a great day to have a dip if the water was not so chilly A few brave folks did brave the cold. Unfortunately it was too much of a freeway out there today for my liking. Avoid this on the long weekends unless you enjoy crowds.
The main trail to Greendrop is closed and alternate trail markers are available. More like scrambling than hiking.
