Nice workout, took about 2.5 hrs on the blue trail. Waterfalls are scenic and the 2nd half is more challenging than the first. Definitely need to pay attention to the markers I can see why some get lost. I’ll definitely be back.

Awesome number of trails available. Beautiful in all seasons. Wear waterproof boots because it is super swampy in some parts.

Pros- easy trail to follow with plenty of trail blazes, waterfall was beautiful, falls were really roaring with recent snow and a good portion of it was frozen which added to the beauty of it (falls is located on the blue/yellow trail right off the main blue trail), views of the lake were ok (views would probably be a lot better earlier in fall with more color)
cons- nothing much to see other than the waterfall, lots of trash around the lake which is very upsetting (I wish people would just clean up after themselves), trail was getting pretty busy as I was finishing up and parking lot was packed when I made it back

Loved it!

Love this place! Ha! Do the first uphill twice, (take a right down to the helicopter pad and up again).

a nice 6 ish mile hike with some good changes in terrain and challenge. overall, it took about 2 hrs 15 mins with time taken for pictures and also got a bit lost. it does get a little tough to follow the markers toward the back half maybe mile 5 and 6 if on the blue trail. All in all, this is a good go-to for me to knock out a decent workout close to home. A note to dog owners....most I saw don't abide by on-leash rule, so if you go with your dog, please keep your dog on leash.

Nice hike. Great view. A little rocky. Ran into a bear! Lol

Overall beautiful hike. Nice to walk right by the water for the first half of the loop, and gorgeous waterfall near halfway. We ended up getting a bit lost near half way and had to pull up the AllTrails app to find our way back to the trail. The back half of the trail through the woods felt very long, and overall the hike took us ~3.5 hrs (although frequent stops for photos).

Really well marked. Beautiful woods to walk through but not much to see other than that. Quite a peaceful walk.

Great spot. Multiple trails to choose from ranging from easy to difficult. There is a map you can grab at the beginning if you don’t have the trail on your phone to help you with routes. Very clean. Well maintained. Started on red then to green, white, and finished with green. Great time with beautiful scenery.

Great trail. Bugs were outrageous at some points (in late August)

Besides the goregous waterfall, the trail was filled with mosquitos and spider webs. broken down trees blocking the paths. Nothing is regards to a view besides the waterfall.

Very humid August day and rocks were a little slick. Short scrambles over low glacier ridges were a nice mix in, even having to lift the dog up onto some. Canopy covers well and there is minimal sun. If your into mushrooms....this is a good trail for you. The Orange circle trail on the way back cuts through some large boulders which kids would love.

Hiked green rectangle off Dunk Rock, picked up Yellow, and looped back on Blue Rectangle. Beautiful New England forest, Yellow could have been marked better.

As a beginner at hiking I found some parts a little challenging then others. The trail was very beautiful with nice view of water. Only thing is I wish it was marked a little more clearly. Will be definitely be going back again. Also not far from black hog brewing co... if your into good craft beer.

Ideal for point A-B trail runs. Hoping it lives up to its name and I spot some wild hops.

Beautiful, but certain parts of the trail aren’t very well marked. Be prepared to stare at your phone/map and compass with some regularity.

Really enjoyed this hike. Challenging but some cool views with some wildlife. Be careful because trail is tricky to follow with the storm damage

I enjoyed this hike a lot. It is definitely challenging at times and towards the end it was hard to navigate back. We ended up in someone’s back yard and having to walk the entire road back to the parking lot. A few others on the trail also went off the trail multiple times so it is important you pay close attention. Originally thought it would be 6.1 Miles but because of back tracking and getting lost we ended up doing 7.5 mi. Could have been because marked trees may have fallen since the storm. I still recommend it but be prepared for some steep spots. Also keep a look out for black racers near the water. We ran into two by the waterfall so watch your step!!

Love this hike. Close to home, challenging but just short enough that it isn’t too bad. The views are absolutely stunning at the top, and you can see as far as the Catskills. Definitely worth checking out~

A wonderful way to spend an afternoon. Hikes can be as long or short as you like.

had a wonderful walk. great for bikes or walking. bring big spray though.

This is my favorite trail. It’s the perfect length and just the right balance of hills so you can keep a steady pace. It’s a little rocky and the rocks can be slick after the rain. Our dogs love it. It’s not too busy so they can come off the leashes. The waterfall is so beautiful especially if you go down to the bottom and look up.

So many ways to enjoy this trail! We hiked up to the rock for the view. But we will be back with bikes and snowshoes (when weather permits).

Moderate challenge trail, and well worth the hike into the beautiful waterfall.
