I wouldn’t even consider it a hike. It’s a short walk down to the falls, which are breathtaking. A little more impressive if you don’t go at the end of the summer as the wet season means a much less intense waterfall. For avid hikers, I suggest a 4-5 hour hike starting at the bottom of the mountain that faces the waterfall. The first half is an intense walk up. But once you get past that it’s a beautiful rocky landscape that awaits! Walk a little further and you’ll have a beautiful view of Douma village and it’s pretty red roofs.
