Rating it only a 3 because it was a LOT harder than the easy ratings I saw here. My iPhone app said we did over 59 “floors”. It is only 2.3 miles or so, but the up and down, and the footing made it pretty tough on this 64 year old! Took us 2.5 hours going from Monterosso to Vernazza. Views were spectacular to be sure. But it was not easy.

Amazing views. Definitely a must see. You can get different views all the time during the hike. At the end you can catch the bus so no need to go back on the trail.

A splendid little hike. Very easy, Suitable for all ages and skill levels. There were a couple place that appeared to be trail closures, but it didn't appear to be serious and everybody was moving through unimpeded. Make sure to try your hand at skipping rocks from the rocky beaches, my record was 5!

The views along this trail are stunning, particularly in the area around the Malga Vaciara restaurant. The route isn't extraordinarily demanding physically, but miles 1.5-2.5 have extremely steep drops off the narrow trail. Not for the faint of heart, or those afraid of heights. For the weary hikers, it may be better to do an out-and-back to the Malga Vaciara, where one can enjoy a nice lager and wonderful vista.

Pick any trail in this region. You will not be disappointed!

Easily manageable, with very nice views and forests. We would recommend to skip alm by the lake - too many tourists and have proper lunch at Barenbadalm - its much less crowded and provides panoramic view as well!

We cut it by half, walked from Hochmuth and then took route 25 to the pass from the Leiteralm. While being quite steep ascent and descent are easily manageable. We even met couples with kids. Most beautiful and same time most complicated part is route 23 to the Mutspitze, though still can be done without any special equipment.

In a hot day of summer just to walk under fresh conopy for almost 8 km. Track easy also for car, no difficulties.

excellent and fun

Fantastic hiking trail! breathtaking views and you can stop in all the town's to explore along the way. great day.

this is a superb trail. I find it toughest going from monterosso to levanto, especially at the beginning if it's a hot day, but I'm not as fit as I was. I would say this trail is suitable for children aged 10 and up. often see people walking the trail with dogs.

Great trail that makes for a challenging trail run due to some polished rocks. Nocelle has convenient parking for those heading east-to-west (and back). While certain online sources quote 7/8hours, the return trip is more likely to be a 4hours one for an experienced hiker.

Really should update the hike. It is only accessible by paying like 17€ for one hour hike... And you will do only a part of the loop. You can try to access the close part. But people will not be very kind then ^^
Great view though.

Good for views. And for walking up hundreds of steps.

Great trail. Small but beautiful beach with wonerful views throughout. Parking below trailhead.

Of all the walks along the Amalfi Coast that I've done, the Sentiero degli Dei is definitelynthe most well-sign-posted one. Being the most well-known and well-marked trail, it's also the busiest, but ifnyoynhead out early enough in the day (think 7-8 a.m.), you'll avoid both the worst of the heat and the crowds. Going earlier in the season - think late May to early June rather than July and onwards - can also help thin out the crowds. Trainers or hiking boots will do well enough on the path; just make sure your trainers have adequate grip for some of the steeper sections with loose rock chips going uphill, and a few patches of slightly slippery dust-coated rock headed downhill.

There are water taps along the route, so no worries about needing to bring a lot with you. The trail alternates between exposed, sunny sections and shaded forest sections. For those with accessibility needs, there are some porting companies that can help with finding the best route for you (not sure of any specific company names though, sorry).

If you're into climbing, there are some sections with cliff faces for scaling! Pretty sure it's mostly trad, didn't notice much bolting, as per alpine tradition.

All in all, the route feels fun. It's not the most challenging, but offers opportunities for lots of different types of outdoor enthusiasts. It may not be "gnar," but it's worth stoke - and the views are gorgeous!!!

Walked around the lake in early June. Beautiful and easy hike. You could see the reflection of the mountains nearby very clearly on the pristine waters. Absolutely magnificent. Suitable for children, elderly. Dog friendly.

Did this a few years ago! So worth it. Late September and early October are the best times to visit Capri. We took a day trip here from Sorrento on a ferry, which was fantastic. Walking Capri is like walking in a dream. The beautiful views will leave you speechless as you walk up the city and charming, very tiny, streets. Bella!

Great trail, but some bits are risky, especially with unstable gravel. Bring some sunscreen and enjoy the amazing views.

a beautiful easy hike for 7 of us. we turned off near the end and scrambled up the dry glacier / drainage to where the ice ended up at the rock. huge fun and simply beautiful to look at. even better - the ristorante at the Duran Pass right on the highway has hot food and cold beer. gotta love it!

Nice and sort hiking trail from the start in the Agerola village up to the top of Monte Tre Calli ... about 4,5 km round trip and 450 meters high difference altitude .

Amazing view from the top to Salerno on one side and Positano and Capri on the other ! ;) amazing during sunset hours .

You can make it more difficult and longer to the other top ...

Great 360 panaromic view at top of coast and mountain range.

Well trafficked trail easier going south to north. Otherwise mostly uphill. Gorgeous vistas of the towns, terraces and sea. Do stop to take photos along the way. Don’t forget water and enjoy a cold adult beverage with lunch when you get to a town. Go early for less traffic and lower temps. If you are too tired to hike back, take the train.

A difficult hike but worth all the effort needed to get up to Tre Calli. The journey up is not too bad asides from getting to the trailhead from Bomerano, and the last ascent to the summit. The views from Tre Calli are absolutely phenomenal. If you continue onwards to Capo Muro it’s about another 20-25 minutes. From there you can continue to the third summit Catello. We did not do the third summit as it was hot, we didn’t have the time and that is also the most difficult part as it’s a very steep uphill ascent.

Easy to moderate hike itself. Unfortunately, went during a cloudy day so the views were obscured and the path was also closed onwards from Nocelle. So we had to take the stairs from Nocelle to Positano. Still worth doing the hike though as it’s a great trail that’s well marked and as busy as it is, it’s easy to separate yourself from other groups and hike in the peacefulness of nature.

Most beautiful hike I've ever done, it's a long day but we stopped in every city to explore before continuing. Loved the cat sanctuary!!!
