The Sila National Park was established in 1997 and covers a vast area of the Calabria region in Southern Italy. Its highest mountain is Mt. Botte Donato (1,928m). Much care and attention has been given to the trails in Sila National Park, in partnership with CAI and the municipalities the park crosses. Many trails have two trail numbers - a CAI number and a Sila National Park number. The landscape is natural and beautiful, as the park features forest, sea, and everything in between.Show more
