Beautiful walk, but we couldn't do the last section as there was a sign clearly stating it was on private land. The section we did was lovely though and we would definitely do it again. Take care on the boardwalks as they are slippery, even on a dry day.

The hike is on the closed Marine Drive road. Very easy with beautiful seascape views. Dogs are allowed but pick up after them.

I did the short hike from Port Erin to the Calf of Man. Beautiful clear day, lots of wind, Heath and sheep. Don’t wear shorts because of the Gorse shrub, with its sharpe needle like leaves, is everywhere.

We did the trail anti clockwise and took the Manx tramway to Glen Mora. I would rate the trail as moderate , with large parts on public roads and without spectaculair views. The best part is the coastal path between Bellevue Tramstation and Ballajora and perhaps taking the Tramway from that station is a wise option
