Excellent trail for the whole family. May be a little long for children or elderly but the trail can be started at the upper reservoir instead if needed. Good roads, rocky at times and slight uphills but it’s worth it for the beautiful sights and bright nature. Occasional sights of sheep and cows and old architecture like the bridge and lake houses make the walk much more entertaining. On sunny and dry days there’s lovely grassy shores to have picnics on. I’d highly recommend this trail for a long walk away from the busy bustle of the city!

I live in Bray and walk the Cliff Walk regularly. Use the car park on the Head overlooking the town. It’s free and safe. Start of the walk is meters from car park. Fantastic views on sunny days but equally good in less favourable conditions. Enjoy the walk, the sights, the fresh sea air and lots more. If you climb to the cross at the top of the Head views are even more spectacular and there is a Loop Walk of the Head which takes you way above the Cliff Walk, super.

The trail way in the app leads you in the middle of the forest in some places, and a lot of the way is off trail. Otherwise it’s a nice hike with some beautiful scenery.

Beautiful walk suitable for all the family, buggies and dogs. Fab scenery right in the heart of the city.

Great walk. Lots of families and dogs. The end of this trail is overgrown and you won’t be able to complete the loop so it’s more so a up and down hike.

A fantastic walk with amazing views, especially on a sunny day. Would highly recommend.

Very beautiful!! The only bad thing is that is difficult to get to the place without a car. If you have one, there’s a car parking

Excellent trail. Plenty of deer around this time of year. The lakes are beautiful in the early morning sun. Don’t miss the old St Ann’s burial ground and Ruins half way around the second lake.

Very cool trail, a good bit of climbing in places, up to 300m overall.Amazing views from the Hellfire club and really nice scenery in Massey's woods

Definitely recommend!! Lovely views and very easy to get to

Nice walk with nice views. It's my second time doing this trail and I'll be back again to do the Bray Head Loop.

This trail is accessible car-free, from the DART (Shankil Station) or by bus. The start is by the right side of the pub in Shankil’s main street - not in front of the pub like the description says. Otherwise the trail is very easy to follow. Its path will guide you through splendid views and relics of past history. Highly recommended.

Lovely walk on a not too good day. Loop around the hill with diversion to top to look at view from the cross. Snacked there. V holy walk with stations of the cross on first part. Almost went wrong by following main trail which would have taken me away from route back so went back and along trail through forest. Damp and misty but must return on better day

Fabulous route just outside Fermoy Co Cork. A little mud in places. Takes under an hour to complete the full route. We also brought our dog with us and he loved it.

Nice view and nice walk, but it shows you a trail that you can't follow. there's no way to go and you have to find a different way that shows in the app.

Did part of this on 18.01.20 , from car park to Lug and back . Very nice walk , ground freezed so no mud . Some snow on the top .

nice. flat. good boardwalks.
