Lovely walk, not too difficult, wide range of scenery and nature. A few more waymarks would be handy at times just to be sure of route when looking ahead rather than at the phone. Beautiful area. Trail in good condition. Very interesting to see the wind turbines so close.

The sign says it's closed but you can still walk there and also there is a trail towards rosnowlagh Beach. Amazing views

Good boots are a must, bog is very wet at the beginning, once you get across that the path is easy to follow, take care on the rocks nearing the top.

Easy enough hike, just bring good hiking boots/gear. The beginning starts in a bog that is well used, then a stone path to the top. The stones are looser towards the top and can be steep in some places, but no problem if you are careful and prepared. We didn't get a view from the top due to clouds but it was great all the same.

Walked along the path but wanted to explore so headed up the hill inside the deer fence. No track to follow apart from occasional deer tracks. Very boggy but perfectly navigable with decent hiking books. Great views.

Lovely walk although no paths. Managed to avoid the worst of the bogs. Fantastic views in all directions.

Boggy at the start, a steep climb but path clear enough to follow.

A long trek with beautiful views along the entire route. Suitable for all abilities however a short distance over very uneven ground with a short ascent. This route is along a very quiet road. Parking should be considered before setting off, find a suitable place.

It was moderate. Just make sure you load the map from home as once you arrive at the car park there is no coverage so the app was not loading. Once you get your way up you can see the map and it’s actually easier. Make sure you have waterproof hiking boots
