We walked it clockwise. Family consisting of 2 adults and two children from 3 and 6 years old. The trail starts very accessible with a wide path, but soon becomes narrower and rocky and then changes to a real rock climb with here and there extra foot rests and hand braces. You really need both hands here. The kids loved it, a kind of monkey town in nature. At the top is an old Chapelle from where you have a fantastic view over the valley. More than worth the climb. The descent is a very accessible wide path, but with loose stones. This path is of course also easier to walk if you go up, but I would avoid the rocky descent and turn back at the Chapelle. So advice to walk the trail counterclockwise.
