This trail follows the beach roads and sandy paths along the coast. Here you walk along Glumslöv's huge slopes. The soil depth is over 100 meters and most powerful in Sweden. Inside the slopes hiding prepared rocks; from Norway, Småland and Bornholm. They came with the ice sheet and at race they reappear. On the dry and sunlit slopes, rare animals like sand dolphins and various butterflies thrive. At the valley Hilleshög's valleys you will find grazed land with a golden viva and in the steep cliffs Sandbergen thrives backs. Here is the same type of abrasion burn as the island Vens backafall. At Lill-Olas, tallest black numbers and shrubbery are growing. In the ponds next door there are rare amphibians like green-spotted toad. Deviation from the trail and take a trip to the island of Ven. On the ramparts at the Citadel, grasses grow with roots from the 18th and 18th centuries, wild trees, bushes and herbs. Almost 400 species. Along the coast there were previously several brickworks. Notice the ponds that were once clay. At Ålabodarna there is Sweden's best preserved pedestrian walkway, called the Grave by the sea. The village itself is a genuine fishing village and Örenäs castle next door has its own odd history. The castle in German baroque style was ready during the First World War and cost SEK 1 million to build. The coastal strip has nurtured several authors, including Amelie Posse and Selma Lagerlöf. The town Landskrona and Rustningshamn offer military history. Here you will find Sweden's only earthquake fortification, square ramparts from the 18th century, concrete bunkers from World War II and much more. The Citadel was built in the mid-16th century and later became the most modern fortress in the Nordic region. Below the ramparts is Sweden's oldest colony area.
