This trail takes you through beech forest and mixed forest. At Klövamölla the landscape opens up slightly and you pass fine pastures. A stretch follows you along Klövabäcken, where you will find a natural stream down in the bottom of the ravine. When you follow the gravel road past Skåne's highest point, you step into Klåveröd's hiking area. On soft paths you pass several geological attractions: Snuvestuan’s little cave, the Vargadalen valley with racetracks and Skorstensdalens dry landscapes. The area offers many forests, small lakes and watercourses. Closer to Svartesjö you walk along the stream and the border to Söderåsen National Park. An extra walk to Traneröds bog, Grindhus and Lilla Klåveröd is to be recommended. The moss is almost completely untouched, exposed to unusually high rainfall and has a unique composition of plants. At Grindhus you will find abundant pastures that show how Söderåsen's wide field fields once looked. Cultural history Klövamölla with dam is a cultural-historical gem. The mill dates back to the 17th century, but the current building dates from 1887. The mill is operated by turbine and is as working now as it was then. Look inside the bush at the crossroads in Gålarp. Here is an arched breakaway cabin, with carefully crafted stones. It was used for drying and roasting flax. Other imaginative stones are the trident at Magleröd. Along the gravel road between Gålarp and Magleröd is a modest highlight. The point is said to be Skåne's highest, 212 meters above sea level. In the 16th century, Klåveröd belonged to Herrevadskloster and the pilgrimage path passed past the farm. A few hundred years later, it was divided into four homes. Plenty of associated towers were scattered around and by 1880 180 people lived here. At Lilla Klåveröd you can "read" dry history in the landscape, with stone walls, small fields, meadows and pastures.
